On may 28 2024 I bought a car 2012 Nissan from Feliciano sales he said the AC unit just needed recharge took it to auto repair shop but the Compressor unit needed replaced then the engine light came on so I had it checked and they said the engine needed replaced for $4000.00 the other work they did cost $3000.00 can’t afford to have a new engine put in I’m 77 they put new belts and hoses on Felicano said nothing was wrong with the car no engine light on (came on after I had the car for a week or so) He also told me he rebuilt the engine another lie all he did was put armor all on it to make it look good. The seller never made me aware of any problems with the car and told me it was in good working condition.Business response

Hello I bought the car February 18th 2024 and I have already had to bring it to ***. The Auto sales informed there was only one issue that the engine light was on but it was because the muffler needed to get fixed. At the *** I was informed the car has break leakage, power steering fluid leaking. The part that holds the motor and transmission is so rusted that it could fall because there is not bolt to . There us a chance I could have gotten into an accident. Now the muffler is not messed up it is the catalyst that need to be fixed and it can't because of how broken it is. The engine like is in because if something completely different that has nothing to do with it. Also the car is so rusted that the piece are breaking apart and barely have any piece for to be lifted in the air. I called the owner of the place I bought the car he was rude and disrespectful and hung up the phone.Business response

I am no longer looking to do business with this person or with the company due to them lying and saying things that are not true. I am looking to get my money back and return the car.

Purchased a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe on April 20, 2023. Owner told us he had repairs done prior to selling. Owner also started if the check engine light came on within 45, he would cover the repairs or any other issues. A few days later the check engine light did come on and he referred us to Westgate Service Center. Purchase place covered the cost. A few days after the car was serviced again, it would not start on May 15. We had it be towed to Westgate and it was a fuel line issue, which we paid. On May 21, again car was towed to Westgate. Mechanic from Westgate said the computer said it a timing issue, which is what the owner/ dealer, had repaired prior to purchase. I have been in contact with the owner/dealer, now he is telling me I have to take it back to his mechanic, who did the repairs prior to purchase. I would like the owner to pay for the repairs using the mechanic from Westgate which he recommended was to use the first time. The other mechanic the owner is starting we have to use, does not speak any English and is on vacation. This mechanic did not fix the issue correctly the first time. We do not want to have sue the purchase place; but at this point, the car has been out of service more than it has been able to drive. I have texts, and written proof of stating all the information I have provided.
