    BEWARE!!!!! Brandon (owner of Dreamleaf Properties LLC) is extremely unprofessional and never fulfilled the terms for a property investment. He will continuously make promises that are never met and consistently makes excuses. Communication is terrible as he will respond on his own terms. I took a chance to support a local minority business and I now regret it as I have not been paid out per the terms of our contract. You can fulfill your end of the deal but one thing to be certain of is that he will not! Save yourself the hassle.

You failed to meet even the most basic expectations of professionalism. From the start, your lack of responsiveness was alarming. Calls and messages went unanswered, and when you did respond, you made unrealistic promises that were never met. You consistently strung us along, breaking every commitment regarding timelines, materials, and work quality. Your chronic lateness further compounded our frustration, disrupting our schedule and causing significant delays. The quality of the work was subpar and nowhere near what was promised, leaving us with a project well below acceptable standards. This experience was a costly mistake. We trusted you to deliver on your claims, but were instead met with unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and poor workmanship. It is clear you do not value your clients or their investments.
