5 starsEveryone from the salesperson, scheduler, installers and the maintenance person who switch out our shower head in a timely manner. The head that the salesman picked was square and I like round, but I didn’t specify so I made that mistake. All fixed and looks great. All were excellent, pleasant and highly professional. 5 starsWe recently had a "much overdue" bathroom remodel with Bath Masters. We have delayed this project because it is our one and only bathroom, and we were dreading the inconvenience. When we saw Bath Masters was coming to our area, we thought we would call and inquire. We had a very professional representative (Blake) at our house within a few days. He showed us materials and a lot of options to begin our bathroom remodel with Bath Masters. Tracy was always updating us with the agenda and progress of our remodel. The highlight of our experience on our project was with Ben and Ben. They were very professional, efficient, and personal. We can't say enough good things about them. 5 starsBath Masters was terrific, and the team installing was so personable I kind of felt sad when I had to say goodbye when the job was done.. We had a two new showers installed and the team of Spencer and Amaya, who did the work were personable and professional, courteous, thoughtful and smart. It was quite refreshing to see two young employees so enthusiastic about doing the job 100% right with no shortcuts. Spencer was always checking in with me as the work progressed to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They kept it clean and worked as quietly as possible. Bath Masters is great. We had a new shower installed and the two young people, Spencer and Amaya, who did the work were personable and very polite. It was very refreshing to see two younger people so enthusiastic about doing the job 100% correctly. It was Amaya's first job, and she was very impressive. Spencer walked her through the process and helped when needed but Amaya did the bulk of the work. Spencer was always checking in with us as the work progressed to make sure it was exactly as we wanted. They kept it clean and worked as quietly as possible. In a couple of years when I'm ready for a walk-in tub in the other bathroom I will definately ask for them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my bathroom needs.

My wife and I decided to have Bath Masters after a meeting with their salesman representative...Blake! He laid out options and the materials available to us. We wanted to convert our full bath to a full walk-in shower bath and a total remodel of it! We signed and things happened in the time-frame he gave us. They notified us of the date to start and arrived promptly that morning. Bath Masters installers, Spencer and Amaya arrived and laid down protective runners. They removed almost everything that first day and had the tile down before they left. They cleaned up at the end of each day! At the end of 3 days, our bath was done and looked awesome. They asked us how we preferred them to set things up or told us why they were doing what they were doing! They also answered whatever questions we had. They also worked very quietly (as they could) and communicated smoothy. They worked well together. That old 1974 bathroom was hauled away and a new, modern looking bath was installed. The fit and finish were excellent! Beautiful!!! I did notice one very minor issue and notified the main office and they had their worker, Wyatt come by and correct it in a few minutes. I recently had a need to have remodeling work done on my Master bathroom. I called Master Bath and a representative was scheduled for the following day. Upon reviewing my situation, the representative made suggestions that fixed my problems and was within my budget. My construction date was set on that date, Oliver and Patrick, the two construction specialists arrived on time and started the demo process. within hours they started the rebuilding process. It was a two-day effort to complete the remodeling job. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had regarding the process. the work area was kept neat and orderly throughout the job. The work area was completely cleaned up between the two construction dates. The wife and I were completely satisfied and happy with the final results. I highly recommend this company.Bath Masters

Our walk in tub was scheduled to be installed the first week of October. Due to a medical emergency, the installation had to be pushed back a few weeks. No problem! Spencer, Zach and Don installed the tub in a timely manner and any questions we had were addressed in a professional manner. We are pleased!Bath Masters

Bath Masters did a fantastic job with my bathroom remodel. The entire team, from the sales rep to the installers, were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. The installers, Spencer and Zach, were very thorough and did an amazing job. Not only were they great at their skilled trade, but they also kept me informed and they were very courteous and respectful. I could not be happier with my new bathroom.
