I recently visited Fairborn Vision Center for an eye appointment and to get new frames. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Right from the start, the reception was unwelcoming. Before I could even introduce myself, I was rudely interrogated about my appointment, setting a negative tone for the entire visit. The lack of professionalism didn't stop there. The eye exam felt rushed and careless, with the optometrist displaying an extremely unpleasant attitude throughout. Such behavior not only undermines patient trust but also questions the thoroughness of the care provided. Adding to the frustration, there was confusion around the process of dropping off my frames. Despite receiving multiple calls urging me to drop them off at my earliest convenience, I was told upon arrival that an appointment was necessary for such a simple task. This lack of organization and communication was both baffling and inconvenient. The final straw was the handling of my frame completion timeline. Initially promised within a reasonable period, the completion date was repeatedly postponed without any clear explanation, extending to over three weeks, now pushing on a month. Throughout this process, the staff's demeanor remained dismissive and rude, showing a complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction. Given these experiences, I regret to say that I would never recommend anyone to visit this facility. The overall lack of warmth, professionalism, and efficiency not only inconvenienced me but also left me feeling disrespected. I hope this feedback serves as a call to action for significant improvements in customer service and operational efficiency at Fairborn Vision Center.
