    Tide Cleaners at **** ***** *** ****** **** ruined my husband's tuxedo after cleaning it. I picked it up and there was no notice on the tuxedo that it was ruined. Upon my husband taking the plastic off, he noticed the lapel was ruined. I dropped it off on June 7, 2024 and picked up with other dry cleaning on June 11, 2024. I brought it back to the cleaners at 5:45 pm on 6-11-24 and was given the name and number of the manager. I connected with her, ******* *******, at ************. We want back and forth for about 3 weeks and she ultimately offered me $300.00. I was not satisfied and wanted this escalated to the owner, ***** ****** *******. I was notified today, July 18, 2024 that the owner will not reimburse us and was told to file it through my insurance, which I am unwilling to do. I picked up the ruined tuxedo today, July 18, 2024 without said cleaners taking responsibity/reimbursement.
