1 starI had an auto accident in December 2022, contacted KNR January 2023 and retained them as my attorneys. Everything was going great for the first couple of months. Then there were a slew of different attorneys or paralegals every other month. All of a sudden my case became dormant and know one would respond to a phone call or text message. This went one for several months. I finally spoke to someone in May 2024 and they said that my personal medical insurance had put a lien on the money that I was supposed to receive that was the hold up. But why didnt they return a call. I have literally called every other month there after leaving messages as well as sending text messes for someone to call me back, only to hear that my case managers are not available. Today I sent a text message asking how do I remove them as my attorney on record. I just cant deal with them anymore. They are a scammers and I bet they got paid.Review fromBecky B

1 star2 months were wasted after being told I was not wasting my time at all. I was told by the lawyer assigned that he believed in my claim. The second the insurance denied the claim, he dropped me. And he did absolutely nothing to help me.Review fromDanni S

1 starI am extremely dissatisfied with Kisling Nestico & Redick the company I’ve dealt with. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and their communication was abysmal, failing to represent me properly or communicate effectively. Their customer service was non-existent; no one contacted me directly or kept me informed about my case , causing immense frustration resulting in a negative review . My experience with this particular organization has been exceedingly unpleasant from start to finish due to poor management displaying an utter absence of expertise while dealing with clientele. I can't stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the service provided by this company. They have failed to deliver on their promise of providing professional legal representation, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking such services. My experience with this company was not satisfactory, particularly due to the representation I received from ********* *********. 1 starWorst law firm. Rude. Disrespectful. Dishonest. Will not communicate, they obviously get kick backs from Chiropractors, if you call them they are rude & disrespectful to you. If you fire them they will put a lein on you! Refuse to prove what services they provided for the fees they charge. Refuse to communicate about fees & etc they want to charge you. 1.5 years of waiting for absolutely nothing. Ive done more work myself than they have on the case. 1 starThey kept me in the dark most of the way. After settling my case they drug their feet at my expense. Its been over 3 weeks since settling still I have not been paid. KNR received my settlement checks deposited in their account. Now I have to wait 5 more business days for a check we all know clears overnight. I WILL NOT BE BACK.Review fromThomas C

I was involved in a car accident and retained KNR to represent me. I was assured they could handle everything. After a while I was offered a settlement that seemed fair they said they would pay all my medical bills out of settlement and they would take there fee I would than recive my share. A month or so after settlement I received a bill from the hospital for 1800 dollars. I called the attorney who handled the case and was told it was a oversight and would be taken care of. Waited few weeks called back and was told not to worry if nothing else KNR would absorb the bill. It has now been over a year they will not return my calls. I am now facing collections for a medical bill for a accident that was not my fault! I am at total loss as what to do but want others to aware of this law firm.

Hi ******,We have looked into your case. KNR did indeed pay the outstanding balance from your settlement. We have confirmed the check was deposited, and also cleared, on 8/30/2021. As previously communicated, your health insurance company reversed an adjustment they originally applied to your account because they did not have enough information from you. Multiple attempts were made on our part to handle this, however, the insurance company maintains they must speak to you directly. It is our understanding that if you contact your insurance company, they can reprocess your claim to cover the balance. We take customer service very seriously and do everything in our power to handle the legal process for our clients. Unfortunately, in your case, your insurance company required you to speak with them directly in order to get your information.
