Simple request asked three times, and not full filled by the company. Purchased deed templates in late June 2023. Downloaded my order. No receipt for my purchase was provided in the download or emailed to me. I needed the receipt to get reimbursed for the expense. I inquired again three weeks later. Still no response from the company. Called the telephone number on the website (buried deep in the site). Went straight to a recording. No opportunity to leave a voicemail; no opportunity to speak with a representative. Earlier this week, I sent another email (in their portal) requesting the receipt. Made mention of potentially writing a review if it isnt resolved. Then I receive a response: Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.The overreaction to the simple request for a receipt leads me to conclude this company isnt reputable. Use caution when using this company.

Scam, beware.Beware of using this company, they promise the ability to e-file documents to countries. But once you give them your credit card info they will take your money and fun. They never e filed any of my documents, and after emailed for support they cut you off. And then still charge your credit card. Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our document, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope you find that free document out there somewhere and that it works as well as you deserve. If we find any unauthorized use of our document we will pursue all available remedies against you. Have a wonderful day.I'm now disputing this with my credit card.Deeds.com INC Response

Please report this business for fraud. They are seeking our personal information for fraudulent use and they take your money. Do not trust this sketchy website. They delete our reviews on their website and close our accounts.Deeds.com INC Response

CAUTION******I paid for a Deed and had to quickly get out of my computer and was not able to retrieve the deed after that. I contacted Deeds.com by phone and just got a generic recording that hangs up on you as well as sent two emails with no response, finally I got the following response from them...Very Sketchy and unprofessional way to do business.Customer Care 7:47 AM (48 minutes ago)to me Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.I have tried to contact 2 times now in regards to the deed I did, I am not able to retrieve it from your website in which I paid for and I did not save a copy to my work computer which is where I ordered it from. Please help me or I will dispute ALL charges on my credit card for this.Thank you,Staff Deeds.com ***Do not reply to this email, this email address is not monitored.***Wow... ********************, I would have been more than happy to share my experience and review on Deeds.com but my account was revoked for no reason because I asked for help and contacted multiple times regarding the retrieval of the document I paid for therefore I was not able to leave an honest review. Maybe you should have someone answer your phone lines IE: Customer support instead of just revoking people after they have paid for a service and have legitimate questions . I would never in a million years due my patients of our practice this way. The reviews on your website is NOTHING but Phony-baloney.... I have taken my business to a professional who doesn't hide behind a computer screen and take peoples money for nothing! DO NOT CONTACT ME ANY FURTHER!Deeds.com INC Response

This company overcharged my bank account ***** x3. I contacted them ask for the refund which they took the charges off. However after that the ***** still remaining was ok until I went to sign in to download the one I was charged for and to my surprise they closed my account, now I cannot even get the paid for document. Never will I recommend deed.com to anyone, I will also be disputing this charge with my bank. Zero stars, unhappy customer..Deeds.com INC Response
