On August 8th and August 31, I entered an agreement to remodel a bathroom and kitchen at a rental property with Tim ******, owner of TRW Innovations. He cashed my deposit for supplies of $2028.97 and $1048.52. This job was to be completed September 1 for my new tenant to move in. The job start date was August 22, 2022. Tim ****** did not start until September. He ripped everything out and then was MIA until around September 10th when I found out that he was supposedly in an accident which had all my supplies in the truck. He told me that all the supplies were ruined and had to be reordered. The last week in September he started my project that would be done for the tenant Oct 1, one month after the tenant was originally to move in. At this time, she moved in with no running water. This meant no running toilet, sink or bathtub/shower. Oct 2nd Tim ******’s plumber came in to finish the plumbing. On Sunday, Oct 3rd, I had to call in my own plumber to repair some of the issues including a leaking water line under the sink, and a bathtub faucet and handle that were not secured and fell off while the tenant was getting a shower. At this time, I told Tim ****** that I can’t allow him back on the job due to poor workmanship on the job. We verbally agreed that he would get me the rest of the supplies I paid for and receipts so I could deduct that from my deposit so he could return the rest of my money to me. I have not heard from him since. The entire bathroom needs ripped out because he did not properly install the tub, surround, plumbing, flooring, toilet installed below the floor, leaking lines, doors not installed in bathroom and bedroom, countertops and kitchen sink not fixed with materials I paid for due to me asking him not to come back. ****** will not return emails, texts, or calls. See the video for more details. ****************************  Tim ****** also ***** *** *********** ***** on job. Collected deposit- did not start job, January '22. This shows pattern.
