    I called to have a toilet and sink water leak repaired. They came next day (10-2-24). I already had toilet removed. Tech offered to install a new sink faucet, which I agreed to. I paid $530 for a toilet flange(($7) as I bought one before I had to work to much and had no time to finish this project. He replaced 2 shut off valves and added about 3 feet of line for the sink. He also added a new supply line for the toilet. So items I could have purchased around $200. His total time on the job was about 1 hour. I still had leaks when he left, as I went in to retrieve my tools. He never checked to make sure there were no leaks and he keeps trying to offer more products that I don’t need. I truly don’t think their hourly rate is $330. And not to finish the job correctly.

    I have attached the photos & invoice to this response. We did complete the original job that was requested 10/3/24. Then returned 10/4/24 for more concerns that appeared after we left.

    The tank is leaking in the back, the toilet is extremely old, and the gaskets are as tight as they can go without potentially making it worse/cracking it. We did quote to repair that issue, but it has not been accepted. The wife stated she wanted a new toilet and that is why we quoted a new toilet. We do not piece together old parts on a toilet of that age. We are not a company to just suggest things that are not needed. 

    The breakdown cost is attached in the invoice linked to this response. Labor is included on all items repaired. We have returned to site every time the customer has called. Last time we were on site (10/4/24) is the last time we heard from *****. At Siferd we always stand behind our work & would return if it was requested.
