Cooper Tires promised a $100 rebate for purchasing tires at a specified time. I purchased the tires on 11/27/23 and the rebate offer needed to be purchased by 12/02/23. I submitted my rebate offer before the deadline of December 31st 2023 and was declined within 3 days. The declination stated that I did not purchase the tires within the promotional period, I explained that my invoice has 2 dates, when the tires were picked up and when they were ordered. The money came out of my account on the 27th when the tires were ordered and I picked them up from the tire rack distribution center on 12/06/23. I have called Coopers incentive number multiple times and the non US based agents instructed me to submit irrelevant and incorrect information in order to get rid of me. They had me submit proof that I got the tires installed and an online order confirmation both of which the rebate guidelines say not to submit. I initially submitted my final invoice from tire rack and was denied. I also reached out to their US based service and they do everything in their power to hang up the phone and ensure long hold times. I am filing this complaint as well as reaching out to the *** about issues regarding their practices. Do not purchase Cooper Tires with the expectation of receiving a rebate. I should of purchased from the competitor

-4 Cooper Endeavor Plus tires purchased on 04/23/23 (shipped and installed weeks later) -$700.02 -65,000 manufacturer's warranty -3 of the four tires have malfunctioned to such an extent that they can not be used nor fixed. Reputable tire installers have not been able to find any issues, and have deemed the issues to be manufacturing defects. Cooper tires has not acknowledged the claims filed, and have done nothing to reimburse me for the money or time spent trying to navigate these many problems. -Simpletire order #*******

I am asking Cooper tires to honor their 60,000 mile warranty for tires. I purchased 4 tires on 7/7/2020 for $426.66. The four tires that I purchased brand new only have gotten 15,000 miles and they have been documented to have low tire tread. My car is currently at 108,000 miles, the tires were purchased when my car was at 92,000. I have gotten my tires rotated and aligned with every oil change I have gotten, as it is a complimentary service with purchase. I have been having continual issues with my tires and I have been missing work as a result these issues. Low tread was confirmed with ******* when I brought my car in for them to inspect.

I called the consumer at 8:30AM this morning and left my number on her voicemail.  As listed on the purchase invoice the consumer paid $254.96 for the tires.  Also listed on the invoice the Definity HP 100 tire is a 50,000, mile tire and the warranty is prorated.  The request for a $426.66 refund is denied.  The consumer can call our tire service center located at 19th & Oregon Ave. in Philadelphia PA. at ************ to schedule a tire inspection appointment.  We will process a prorated adjustment for the mileage short-fall.

On 5/5/21 I had purchased 4 Cooper tires (225/65R17) in Sanford, FL for total price $448.00. Odometer reading at time of purchase: 70,896. While on vacation in Florida in June 2023, I had to replace all noted tires due to tire separation. Total cost for replacement: $452,01. Odometer reading at time of replacement: 79,529. Since I've only had the tires for 2 years & mileage incurred during that time period at 8,633 I am requesting a full or partial refund for having to replace my Cooper tires with a warranty of up to 65,000 miles. Additionally, I've attempted to call & emailed my issues to: **************************** us 1-800-***-****. Left name & phone # for contact with no response. Also, emailed my complaint to business with no response.

I was informed that the tire tread indicators were at or near the tread level meaning that the tread depth was near or at 2/32 and suggested that I should be getting new tires. And since the state inspection on this vehicle was due in Oct.2023 I was thinking just 2 months out and the tires wouldn't pass inspection anyway I should replace the tires. -On 08/04/23 I returned to the Walmart tire ctr. to discuss the tire warranty with the tire ctr mgr.. -The tire ctr. mgr was on vacation so I discussed the issue I had with the mgr on duty in the tire ctr. -The tires have less than 25,000 even wear -no punctures, rot,or anything and these are 60,000 tires. -He said the tires you have on your vehicle {description noted above} is not available at this time. -I said,"well, I'll buy those HT2 Cooper Evolution . -He said,"no can't do that." if you were to get an adjustment that adjustment has to be applied to the same identical tire as you now have which are not available at this time. And further more you need to contact Cooper we don't do adjustments here. -So I called Cooper twice and they never responded. I emailed Cooper. They never responded. -The tire tread wore down prematurely . -You'd think I should be entitled to some sort of an adj'mt toward another set of Coopers

I am rejecting this response because: Cooper wants me to contact an independent tire dealer to get resolved. I purchased tires at Walmart and cooper

tells me that Walmart isn't an independent tire dealer. Independent tire dealers charge 30/40% more for the same tire. It's not worth it. I will just buy another

brand of tires as I lost Cooper's trustworthiness after many years of purchasing cooper tires.

      Case closed.

About instead of Cooper touring and they only last about 10,000 miles or shreds more completely out on them on a 2000 Camry I bought them to walmart.com and installed to Walmart

To take advantage of a mileage warranty, your tires must be worn out, the tires must be worn evenly across the full width of the tire tread, and you must show proof of purchase and documentation of your mileage and of tire rotations at least every 8,000 miles according to the Cooper Limited Warranty program. Adjustment credit would be prorated based on the mileage received. See your Cooper dealer for tire evaluation and possible applicable warranty coverage. Our independent tire dealers make the determination on what qualifies as an eligible adjustable condition and handle all warranty returns. If you are not satisfied with the tire evaluation by your Cooper dealer, please visit another Cooper dealer for a second opinion.  For more Cooper tire dealers near you, visit *********************, and click on the SHOP link at the top of the homepage. Attached is a copy of the Cooper Limited Warranty. Please give us a call at 1-800-***-**** if you have any questions.

I have tires that have less than 20000 miles that one of the tires lost the tread and ripped my fender off. These tires have a 50000 mile warranty and the shop that put them on said I would need to call my insurance company. The company was Express Oil and Tire Engineers. I don't have the time or the patience to deal with run around I am getting. I have sent several emails to Cooper tires and called my insurance company as well. I have replaced the faulty tire and I am going to need to replace the fender trim on my van. Keep in mind this tire did not even go flat, it was only the tread that came off.

On July 26, 2023 was driving my 2018 Honda Pilot and heard a lot pop and the car shook. The tire pressure in my front left tire was immediately reading zero. I pulled over in a neighborhood. After changing the tire and taking my car back to the business that put the tires on originally, I went to pick up my car on July 27, 2023. I was shown a small pencil point size area on the outside of the tire that appeared to be an indentation in the rubber. It did not go through the tire. On the inside of the tire, I was shown a gash approximately 2-3 inches long. It did not go through the tire as well. My car mechanic will Be sending the tire back to Cooper for an inspection for a faulty defective tire. This could have been a life changing event as my child was in the car and we were about to enter a highway was the speed limit is 70.

Purchased 2 sets of Cooper tires which were eligible for a rebate. Confirmation of the successful upload of the rebate was provided, however no email was received relating to the link to obtain the rebates. Called 360 incentives at the direction of Cooper Tires and they indicated they sent the email and now the token was expired so they cannot do anything. Upon reviewing the claim online the rebate was also made out incorrectly short changing the rebate by 50%. I asked to speak to another representative in the organization and the representative simply said no, and they wouldn't be doing anything about this.

On July 22, 21 I purchased a set of Cooper tires for my 2017 enclave from Pep Boys in Manchester NH. Mileage was 36,512. I just had my enclave inspected at Auto Care Plus in Manchester NH and their report is I need new tires. I explained I just bought some 2 years ago. I then call Pep Boys and they said not to even reach out to Cooper tires if I haven't gotten my tires rotated and the tires aligned twice a year. I then go to the place Mavis where they provided paperwork that I do get a tire rotation at every oil change. They did check alignment on one of those occasions. Here lies the problem. If I had known, I needed an alignment every time I get them rotated, I would have. I have always rotated tires, but never in all of these years been told I need an alignment as well. Every time you bring a care into a place for some sort of work done, they are always trying to get you to do an extra x, y, and z. I have NEVER been asked or told I need or should have this done. Cooper tires says I have to go through Pep Boys and Pep Boys is saying I have to go through Cooper Tires the brand of my tires. These tires are warrantied for at least 60,000 miles. At this current time, I have $60,200 miles. I am seeking compensation for a new set of tires for my enclave.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I went to Pep Boys today and they told me in order to replace the tires they need to be at 3/32nds and all 4 of my tires are 4/32nds.  I provided all the paperwork that was requested and was told by the service manager ***** ****** to bring it in by end of September when the tires go down to 3/32nds and they will provide all 4 new tires, as the cooper tires i have on should have lasted at least 60,000 miles.  I appreciate your help, by helping me receive a response and an appropriate resolution for my request.  I just wish it didn't take me reaching out to BBB, but am appreciative.

      Sincerely,
