I purchased 4 Cooper Discoverer SRX tires on 9/20/2022 @ around $200 a pop, the tires came with a 70,000-mile warranty. The vehicle has been driven just under 15,000 and all 4 tires have failed and are total garage. They are all bald, rounding with tire depth under 2 or less. I followed the Manufacturer's warranty, which is to rotate them accordingly, I did this twice. Even the dealer agreed they were shot. Dealer told me to call the Cooper warranty number, which I did. Totally not satisfy with their responses. The problem now is they will replace them at some stupid discount rate, but i have to purchase tires first, then the dealer has to send back the defective ones for credit. This is not how it works and shouldn't. I should not have to shell out more money to buy new tires and then wait to get credit. I purchased tires with a warranty, they failed. Also, I've been down this road before and this is crap, because I know I will fight endlessly to get my credit back, if anything from the company. The tires failed Cooper, not one, but all four and under warranty, Do the right thing and replace the damn tires first, stand behind your 70,000-mile warranty. This is nonsense business, you should be ashamed

Purchased set of 4 cooper tires for 2016 Buick Encore about 2 moths past. In short, these tires are horrible, have cupping issues and a poor ride experience. Nothing wrong with tire balance or suspension parts. The tires are simply very poor quality all around. I will never buy Cooper tires again NOR RECOMMEND Cooper tires. Cooper management should be ashamed to represent such lousy quality tires.

This complaint is against Cooper Tire Headquaters! in Ohio! I am not happy with this company! I purchased 4 Brand New Cooper evolution Dec 22 2020. Studded winters. Since purchased they spent 5 months in off season in a closet two seasons. so they only have a year on the road. I have had TWO of them had wire coming out of the side of tire inside and out after just 1 season? I have never seen a tire do this ? my Local mechanic confirmed it was a defective tire! They measured the tread depth told me $1500 of price of a new one? keep in mind this was not a tread wear issue ? This was a DEFECTIVE tire ! Confirmed so by a.s.e. Auto mechanic. I purchased ANOTHER Tire. keep in mind I purchased these tires Brand New and had less then year on road. Then a SECOND Tire had broken bands coming through the sides of the tire? And a 3rd had a stud fall out because the hole from manufacturer was to big. I called Eric at cooper headquaters told him how I had 2 tires defective and a 3rd went flat due to loose stud! He kept saying tread depth discount? I tried to explain to him it was a safety issue and had numerous problems with these tires and wanted full refund! I explained to him I could have been killed had one of these tires blown? I was driving 100 miles a day at this point and did not know the tire was in this condition and could have been killed had it blown? The answer was a dismissive yea but it didnt? I want $492 t The actual price I paid for the tires excluding studding and mount and balance. I will Never buy a cooper tire again! There customer service needs a SERIOUS overhaul. The assistance are very condensending and dismissive! They had no problem ripping me off and selling me tires that 2 were confirmed defective one needed flat repair cause faulty stud .
