    To Whom This May *************** 12th after receiving this ad, I called all 3 of the names, listed, hoping to get a, 'person', but only got their answering machines.
    Aug 13th, I called: ************************* # ***************) & left a message stating I would like to take advantage of their `Special,' but * Important: The only requirement was that they were to PUT THE ****** INSIDE THE **** (SEE PHOTO, located by the front door). Unfortunately, this is NOT being done. Below is a record of incidence/s...
    With each of the calls, to ******************* (below) the (pleasant) operator/s apologized, & assured me that they'd correct the problem/s. Unfortunately, they are in another country, too far away, it seems, to help.

    As you can see, this has been going on, DAILY, for 2 WEEKS. In spite of all my efforts, to resolve this problem, they have NOT been corrected!
    My husband & I were sitting at the kitchen table 86 saw thedriver just toss the paper, out his car Window, as he
    drove by, w/o stopping!
    The '***** BOX', (see pie by the front door) is only a SHORT distance (the width of our kitchen) away from our driveway. ...For whatever reasons he just doesn't want to get out of his car! - VS - The/our Blade-earriet; he pulls into the driveway, take a few steps to the front poivh, (where the ***** BOX is) puts the paper inside & leaves.
    Multiple times, I have asked, the P.C.N.H.'s '0' to have the District Supervisor, (over this area), contact me, so I can discuss the problem. Ha nobody has called. Therefore, I see no other choice but to write (to you) to make a complaint against this company.
    Will you please, see what you can do to help w/ this problem & lame know?

    The news paper in question has not delivered a paper in over a month. There have been a total of 6 phone calls to the paper to inquiry about this issue. The last two calls the news paper stated that they would contact the delivery manager, so far still no paper delivery. The account for my mother who does not have internet access, the account number is ************
