On July 5, 2022, I went to the Office of Aldriech Chiropratic center LLC, my first appointment was Office/outpatient New SF MD $125.00 and $60.00. the 2nd time I go and the doctor date July 21, 2022 charges me twice for service for $63.00 Chirpractive Manipulatetive $63.00 and another charge same date $60.00 Therapeutic Activity Direct $60.00 which in this case this never happen and he billed me twice. I received a bill dated 7.26.22 where my only balance is showing a total final billed to pay of $41.16. On October 29, 2022, I received another billed where now the amount went up for another $100.00 which is owed a total of $100.82. When I spoke with Carol Lessi she informed that there was an issue with their billing system and she will look into, however the balance of $100.82 was still owed and she did not want to argue with me and was not a helpful person when I asked to speak to someone else in management, she refused to help and ask me to pay of the full bill. $100.82. I gave her my credit card for the 2nd time. I also called on the 10/19/2022 to make payment and it was never process with a lady by the name of Sharron. Today I pay the full amount and I feel like this clinic is robbing people by over charging them for services that patients are not being allowed to see and they also are billing you double for things the patient did not ask or need for to take patients money. and they want you to come to their office twice a week and charge you all this money and billed your insurance company. the business owes me a total of $58.84 and I would like this refund and I will be contacting my insurance company. My bank where I work, friends, family, neighbors and the media of these misleading scams with doctors. Please look into this matter and I would like my refund and please see attached a copy of my last bill. thank you for your time.
