    The website looked impressive and offered GREAT services. The receptionist called back immediately during business hours to schedule the free estimate. She confirmed the $350 quote covered bait stations, sealing off entry points, and follow-up in two weeks. Plus, they offered military discounts. After the owner arrived, we found out NONE of that was accurate. The base price was now $375, entry points were NOT going to be sealed up, base stations were an EXTRA $55 each (we'd need 4), and military discounts were NOT offered anymore. We were very disappointed.
