    After being rear ended I had no choice but to find another vehicle. I went to the dealership and was very specific about what I could and could not afford and what I needed out of a vehicle. This dealership took it upon themselves to use my difficult situation as an opportunity to sell me the biggest piece of junk they had on their lot. The car has a bad tire pressure sensor that the sales woman, Samatha, told me would be fixed before I left that day as long as it was in stock. Then had the manager come over who was so insanely rude about how he wasnt going to lose money replacing that sensor when it doesnt even do anything that he made me cry in the middle of the dealership. Only to get the car home and it has bad cv joints that pop and crack when you turn the steering wheel and the rear windshield wiper doesnt work. So glad that I am on the hook for a car for the next 4 years that should have never been sold in the condition it is in. Shame on you Braden Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for taking advantage of a single mom in a tough situation.

    My husband traded in for a 2021 F-250 in March 2023. It is now August 2023 and he still does not have a title. He has tried to be patient and understanding regarding the situation surrounding the previous owner but they now are not returning his phone calls. He made good on his trade and signed over his title within 2 days after the sale. He has contacted the bank that has financed it and they said there isn't really anything they can do. Maybe they shouldn't put used vehicles on their lot until they have a clear title to begin with!!?? He is already out the truck he traded in on it, the payments he has already made, new tires and now probably attorney fees because that is going to be our next step.
