    R & T was sent and rescued me when I called Ohio Motorist on Saturday afternoon when my car died. Because I went out to do what I thought would be a quick errand, I didn't even take my cell pone with me, so kind people at nearby Old Brooklyn Cheese Shop called OM for me. Driver of the tow w a flat bed was LEE, and I have never experienced a car problem with any one who was more caring and kind than Lee. He is so competent and quickly brought out the right gadgets to assess the problem with my car, and when it became apparent I needed a new battery, he helped me get into his cab and wait in the warmth while he so carefully put my car on the flatbed. He made the call for me to OM to order another svc, also by R&T, to get an OM approved battery and installation. That man was Kyshawn, also so capable and nice and uncomplaining, working out in the cold to clean WELL all the very dirty cable connectors, and did several checks after installation to make sure everything was right. I feel lucky to have OM and OM is lucky to have R & T to answer the calls of a motorist in need. Thank you, Lee and Kyshawn.
