    I’m currently a patient with this medical practice. I moved across the state, but chose to still keep them as I have been going to them for 5+ years. I have been trying to get a hold of them on the phone to refill a necessary medication for me. In the past month, I have called them 20+ times to try to refill this medication only for the phone line to tell me that they are experiencing technical difficulties. There is a client portal (the phone app Healow) that we are able to use, and I tried to go on there to get my medication refilled, and all of my records (lab results, medications, appointments, etc.) that were once available on there are no longer available. When I went to leave a message on there to the provider, it said that the provider was no allowing messages. This is not the first time I have struggled to fill this medication with them, but this time I cannot get this medication refilled from them as I’m not able to contact them. If it is happening to me, I know it is happening to other patients as well. I am no longer interested in keeping this facility as my primary care provider. I ask that I would like my medication refilled, my next appointment cancelled, and all of my records transferred to the next medical facility that I begin treatment at.

    NOMS recently experienced a Network issue which affected the use of some of our internal systems including phones and faxes. We switched medical records systems, and we are using MyChart as our patient portal. We no longer utilize the Healow App. Our phones and faxes are currently back up and running and we can ensure that your prescription will be filled. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, if you are still interested in canceling your future appointments and obtaining medical records, please contact our patient services team at 419-****-**** or submit the request through MyChart.
