            I had a highly disappointing experience with Chief Contracting LLC. I hired them to build a bathroom, but it turned into a nightmare. The contract started in March 2023, we got full approvals from the city of Mason in June. I have been chasing these contractors since then. The total cost of the project is $40k. They took $16k so far and promised to complete the project promptly. However, they repeatedly delayed the work, and it took constant pressure just to keep them moving. To make matters worse, they dug up my yard in the 1st week of September, 2023 left it in an unfinished, unsightly state. What's most frustrating is their complete lack of communication. They stopped responding to my text messages and phone calls after September 7th, leaving me in the dark about the status of the project and my hard-earned money. I have contract details and all the textual communication with these folks starting from Feb 2023. I also took pictures and videos of incomplete work they performed.
