      Ordered almost $200 worth of items on 1/23 on two separate orders and haven't received them (shipping label was created, but items were never shipped.) Reached out and was told how busy they are (did you not think you'd be busy when you put your sweatshirts on sale for $16???) Now I'm told to come pick up a free shirt as an apology on Thursday from their warehouse, but they haven't responded to my email asking for the address of their warehouse (the address on their website is a residential address) or their hours. But fear not, according to their website their St. Patrick's Day collection drops on 3/3. Maybe worry about filling your current orders before you continue releasing new collections... just a thought. UPDATE: I finally received one of my two orders yesterday (the other STILL hasn't been received by USPS)... and it was missing one of my items. They have not responded to my emails about the missing item or the second shipment, nor did they answer my question about the warehouse address. I guess no free shirt for me. As for the sweatshirts themselves, the quality is fine. They look nice and are reasonably comfortable for $16. Definitely not on the level of a Homage sweatshirt, but for $16 they're solid. Apparently they're so cheap because they're not made of the material they usually use, which would have been good to know before ordering. So be advised when they run a sale you aren't getting their normal items discounted, you're getting a cheaper version (if you get it at all.)

      I placed an order 1/23/23. On 2/5/23 I finally received a tracking number. Just for said tracking number to only say label printer. It has never moved and further. I have asked for a refund several times. I was told if tracking didn’t move by 2/27/23 I would receive a refund in full. It is now 3/3/23 and I have filed fraud with PayPal hoping to get my money back. If you can not complete the orders do not take the money and or email saying you don’t have the product and refund the money.

      I placed an order with Ohio Clothing on 1/20/23. Order number ******. It was 3 sweatshirts. I received the order on 2/16/23. One of the sweatshirts I ordered (black on black Ohio sweatshirt) was a 3XL instead of what I ordered which was a 2XL. I immediately sent Ohio Clothing an email that day to [email protected] with a photograph of the incorrect sweatshirt showing the size. I asked for either a refund or an exchange for what I ordered. Receiving no response I sent a follow up email on 2/22/23. Still no response I sent a 3rd email today 3/2/23. I also reached out to them on Instagram today. I have not yet received any type of response.

      I placed an online order on January 23, 2023 for one t-shirt and one sweatshirt. When I ordered, it was clearly stated that it would take 4 to 9 business days to ship. On February 5, 2023 I received a notification that the shipping label had been printed, but the order had not been dropped off to the post office yet. This status did not change for a couple of days so I reached out to them on February 8, 2023. I was told that the sale I participated in was "the" sale of the year and things don't move as quickly and sometimes the date doesn't show up until after delivery. No information on when the order would actually ship. After no updates, I reached out again on February 21, 2023 (now almost a MONTH since initial order) and was sent a form email on February 22, 2023 that all of the orders would be shipped by that Saturday (February 25th). Today is March 2, 2023, over SIX WEEKS since I ordered and I still don't have the merchandise. I was charged immediately for the order and because of the delay in shipping, I have had to go through one credit card billing cycle for this order. Being upright and honest from the beginning could have gone a long way. Why print the label on 2/5 if not shipping until March? Extremely misleading. When inquiring a month after the order was placed, I still can't get a delivery date.

      I placed an order with Ohio Clothing Co. on 1/20/23 which I have yet to receive.   I received an email indicating that a USPS tracking number was created on 2/6/23 however I have yet to receive any further correspondence or my merchandise that was purchased.  I sent them an email on 2/28/23 inquiring about the status of my order and have not received a response. They have received my money and I have not received any merchandise or further correspondence after them stating a tracking number was created. They don't offer any other way to reach them other than email. All I want is my merchandise that I paid for or a refund of my money.

      Ordered three sweatshirts January 20, 2023. Still have not received them. The follow up email said they were catching up on orders on February 14, 2023. They have now taken down every avenue there is to contact them.

      I placed a $120.66 order for four items on 1/23/23. I revived an email on 2/5/23 stating that my order had shipped, despite the website saying I’d have it by that following Saturday of ordering. On 2/15/23, the business responded to my email asking where my items were and they apologized stating they were busy. On 2/20/23, the business responded to another email of mine stating that if I haven’t received my order by 2/27/23 that I would be fully refunded. I’ve emailed them on 2/27/23 and 2/28/23. Only thing I get in return is being blocked on social media.

      I placed an order with this company on 1/23/23. It took approximately 1 week to receive tracking on 2/6/23. Since this date I have not received any other information form this company and it is 2/27/23. I have reached out to this company many times and after doing my own personal research I have seen many other people have also been through this with this company now calling it a scam. They have blocked anyone asking about order updates on all social media platforms and have just been completely unprofessional. It’s now going on over a month since I’ve placed my order and the best I’ve been told is that tracking should be updated and refunds might be sent out in the beginning of march. This company does not need to be in business and I know they are receiving many others complaints like my experience.

      On January 23rd 2023 I placed an order with the company for two shirts. As of 2/26/23 I haven’t received my items. And the continue to promise to ship and I tell them I don’t even want the merchandise now and to just refund me my money. And that federal law states they have 30 days to ship from the time and order is placed. The continue to cite their no return policy. Which I would assume is contingent on actually receiving some merchandise.

      Ordered 4 sweatshirts from this company in mid January. Got an email confirmation that the order had been received and then a pre shipment confirmation (label created) on 2/5/2023. As of today 2/24/20223 the items are still in their pre shipment phase. Two unsuccessful attemps of contacting the company; first inquiring about the status of my order, and second requesting a refund.
