    Customers Beware!!! This Company Patriot Xterior Pros sub contracted ************************************* Roofing-Siding Contractor to do my son and his fiancee"s siding on a house they owned. When he was putting on the siding above the porch roof he stepped on the porch roof and put his foot through it. He never told them he did that. He also did not put ************** on the house. This Company was told they would not be paid the rest of payment until these things were fixed. When my son and his fiancee was selling the house they found out 3 days before Closing that the Roofing-Siding Contractor for this Company ************************************* had put a Lien on their home without *********** or Patriot Xterior Pros ever notifying them written or verbal. I figure they did not want to repair and fix the things they were supposed to. Liens do not have to be proven valid. You go down make out a form and file it, thats it, So Remember this could happen to you or your family member by one of these two! Keep in mind both of these Contractors have F Ratings!
