    We hired CTM Hardwood to install maple hardwood floors in our kitchen and stain them to match the maple flooring in our entryway. Paul L. came to our house to look at the entryway and said he was confident he could match the floor. We told him what stain was used on the entryway to help him match more closely. The finished job was terrible. The wood was still rough and would snag socks when we walked on it. The color did not even come close to matching (see attached photo). We called and texted Paul L. numerous times in effort for him to make this right. He has ignored our requests. We have since hired another company to fix the floor which cost us $1750 We would loke a refund of $1750 from CTM Hardwood to cover our costs.
