    Wedding 11/12/23 We did not get everything we paid for and the company refuses to speak to us. The Videographer was a disaster! He did not reach out to us until the night before (less than 24 hours until time). He arrived an hour late and left 2 hours early (this was AFTER we had paid for an extra hour previously to make it 6 hours paid for). There was supposed to be drone footage because our venue was in the middle of the mountains in November (very lovely scenery). There was no drone which did cost us extra even though we verified the night before times, timeframes, and services. He did a very basic 5 second introduction just saying he was the videographer (did not get a name) right before we did a first touch and no goodbye before he left early. We have been trying to handle this with the company since the first official day of our Honeymoon (11/14/23). The original person we spoke to stated we would receive a full refund with all of the footage and guaranteed the individual in question would be "fired" as well as them finishing the edits on our video. We were fine with this. 2 weeks later, we FINALLY were able to speak with another representative who stated they would process our refund immediately and we needed to look for an email for this. We have NOT been able to speak to anyone else since this because every time we attempt to speak to a live person, we either schedule a call that doesn't happen because the company never reaches out or no one answers the numbers we have available for them. We were able to text today and they said our refund, for over $2,000 worth of services, would be $500. When asked for a breakdown of their math or to speak with someone over the phone we were railroaded and ignored. If Kapturly made this right with their originally promise or would at least pick up/call us back, I would have no issues, but ubstead they want to play games..

    Wedding 8.5.23 Im so upset at myself for letting them talk me into using their services for my wedd'n. They've been HORRIBLE frm the beginning, I used them for my engagement photo shoot the weather conditions were rough but we were able to complete the shoot, the photographers don't do their own edits Kapturly does,my husband & I were in all blk the rain drops showed up as white spots all over our clothes, I expressed on multiple occasions to Kapturly that my photos needed to be photo shopped to remove the white spots, I was told because I was using an android that's why the spots were there, I had to outsource the edits they were able to remove the spots, I went back&forth w/Kapturly until Kristen agreed to refund me for the engagement shoot, I requested to be fully refunded so I could go elsewhere because it was obvious that Kapturly couldn't handle the job, they refused they told me that they would come through and I wouldn't be disappointed, I had anxiety leading up to the day, Kapturly double booked 2 videographer for my wedd'n, Larry S*** contacted me regarding info for my wedd'n day, I told him that I had a team and he must've been booked by mistake, he then got very spicy with me, I asked him to stop messaging he continued, I told him that he was now harassing me, I reached out to Kapturly and told them to have him to stop messaging me, my husband eventually had a conversation with him and he threatened to come to my wedd'n to cause a scene UNBELIEVABLE!! I again asked Kapturly for a full refund, they refused, yet again saying that I won't be disappointed! WRONG my video is HORRIBLE music was put over scenes that it should'nt have been my Bridesmaids did a dance performance they edited it in slow motion and put music over it, they used our vows to create a voice over that they used over footage that didn't make sense, I ordered the drone but didn't have a single overhead ariel shot, im so embarrassed to show my photos/videos. We had a lot of missing shots

    DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are the WORST company you can ever find! I got married 09/10/22 and there were some problems. First starting out they had no intention on finding me a videographer until my wedding planner called (10 days before the wedding) and they told her that they didnt intend on finding one, 2nd the photographer they contracted out CUSSED ME OUT at my reception and threw her clipboard and when I brought this up to the company (2weeks later because they didnt call to see how everything went) I was told that I would get a call from the manager to have conversations l. *** brought up these concerns to them and now they have blocked my calls/ text. *** even had my M.O.H try and call and they are now doing the same thing to her. A month later I still do not have my video, my photos look like **** (I cant even post them) and there is no effort on their part to make it right. (Yes I still have all the text). PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!

    Terrible company. I originally had a contract signed with ****** Media for photography and videography for my wedding and put $1000 down. When two of the people, Dillon and Avery, who had their hands in my contract were let go, they created their own company "Kapturly". I was planning to add on DJ services through ****** and was inquiring about adding that onto my package when I found out that my contract had been stolen and ****** Media, who I signed my contract with, no longer had access to my contract or my profile. I then contacted Kapturly and was speaking to a Marvin and a Greydon, since I was clearly upset they then lied to me and said that it was just a "rebranding" but it's not, it's a completely separate company. I cancelled my contract and I had to get a lawyer involved because they refuse to give me back my deposit that I put down even though they are in breach of a contract since they STOLE the contract. I even have copies of emails with a member of ****** Media who confirmed that they also had an ongoing lawsuit against Kapturly for stealing contracts. They do not answer when I try to contact but they still send me text messages and emails, even the number provided for their "Legal Team", never gets answered or a call back. I have never received anything for me to sign upon telling them that I want to cancel my contract so now I have to worry that come closer to my wedding when the other portion of payment is due, that they will try to steal even more money from me. Such a disgusting way to scam people out of money, people trying to plan one of the happiest and exciting days of their lives.
