    This contractor lied to us about completing the backflow test that we hired him to complete. We have external video security cameras on our home and when the contractor left so quickly we were suspicious. He then lied to me on the phone about the numbers our system generated, then lied to my husband about the process he went through to test the system. He eventually conceeded to my husband that he lied about the whole thing when he was told that our video cameras caught him not doing the test. We were provided with no receipt or paperwork for his visit and only have the camera footage as evidence of his visit, as he thankfully agreed to rip up our check. While we appreciate the remorse that was offered once he admitted to what he did, it's hard to take seriously as it wasn't until he was questioned multiple times and learned that evidence existed that he was caught. A company rated as A+ should not be one that consumers must worry is being dishonest.
