    Date of transaction 11/17/22. They sold me a **** ***** ********. I went to trade in and my title is savaged in ***** and the bank I have a loan through keeps reaching out a they want response. I’m trying to get them to pay bank off an return my money I paid towards the vehicle. No one will respond.

    LIKE WE TOLD THE BANK THE CUSTOMER FINANCED WITH THE TITLE WAS CLEAR AND WE DONE EVERTHING CORRECT

    BECAUSE IF THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE TITLE OR AUTOCHECK, THIS PARTICULAR BANK WOULD HAVE NOT FUNDED THE DEAL

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

    The company has not resolved issue. Title is still salvaged in ***** and bank has reached out numerous times and has gotten no response. I would still strongly recommend that my loan be paid an my money I paid towards truck be returned.

    THERE IS NOTHING WITH THE  TITLE

    AND AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE AUTOCHECK WAS FINE , BECAUSE THE LENDER *** DOES NOT ACCEPT LOANS WITH ISSUES ON THE AUTOCHECK.

    IF THERE IS AN ISSUE NOW IT IS BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND LENDER.

    CUSTOMER PURCHASED VEHICLE  ALMOST YEAR AND A HALF AGO. IMRAN IMPORTS IS NOT BUYING THIS VEHICLE BACK

    Imran has not responded to bank. Bank is ******** ********* ******** and they are unaware. There number is ###-###-#### the compliance department has been working on this for months . Numerous attempts an emails from bank has been made to Imran *********** ********* on ******** Ave rain title check an it shows on ****** a salvage title in ***** in 2020. I tried selling vehicle and I can’t with title being salvaged.

    I bought a car from them 5 weeks ago . they sold me a faulty car . i took it to the dealership because the transmission went out as i was driving it down the road almost causing me to wreck . i called them & they’re just giving me the run around not willing to help for this mistakes . i have a video of the technician saying everything that was wrong with the car along with it being wrong before they sold me the car . they haven’t been willing to help with anything , they’ve hung up on me several times

    I purchased a **** **** **** from Imran towards the end of July 2023. I attempted to trade the truck in on 12/30/23 just to be informed by the other dealership that the vehicle has frame damage. Imran never informed me of this, and reviewing the reports, it was announced at auction in February of 2023 that it had frame damage and Imran was the one who purchased it from auction. I have attempted to contact them and was told there's nothing they can do. After spending a week speaking to numerous attorneys, I found out that of course Imran has an Arbitration clause to assist them in making bad deals with people. Now I can't get approved for a new truck so I can go back to work because that truck is still in my name. I'll never do business with them again, and I'm going to make sure that I do everything in my power to make their malicious schemes known to as many people as possible so this doesn't happen to someone else. Because what if they sell it to a family like that and they have an accident and the frame can't hold up to protect them properly? Just bad business.

    I bought a car from them September 6, 2023. I have got to drive the car once. When I bought it was smoking and sounded like it was going to fall apart. I was taken advantage of. I was told it was just a serpentine belt. It was actually a fan, 2 broken tire rods, a broken brake line which is extremely dangerous, bad struts, bad axle, an o2 sensor, and more. I still don’t have the car. They have apparently fixed it three times but the parts are still hanging off the bottom and they STILL have the car.

    * Delivery Conformation Signed by Customer stating the are happy and satified with everything that was promised to Customer

    * WE OWE Form. " The only thing that was on there was Check Engine Light and that was fixed ASAP ( O2 SENSOR ).

    The other items IMRAN IMPORTS fixed, was to help the customer and keep up Great Customer Service.

    The Customer has had there Vehicle back awhile ago and IMRAN IMPORTS paid for everything to be fixed as well..
