    I got a car through Paul's auto sales which is a buy here pay here buy as is lot but they did not tell me anything that was wrong with the vehicle. I messaged one of the employees and asked if I could go a couple weeks without making payments and just add the payments to the back end so I can repair the car to where it is safe to drive. I went in the office 2 weeks later and asked in person if I could do a couple more weeks because there is still work that needs done. I ended up spending $800 in repairs for the car in 4 weeks. When I called them and told them I would start paying next week they came and repossessed the vehicle and said I need to pay $700 to get it back so they basically used me for my work on the car and took the car back and sold it and made a profit. I demand $800 for the repairs and my $500 deposit back as soon as possible or I will go to court and I have several people I know who they asked to leave a good review to get discounts on help with payments even though their services and cars are not high quality.

    Purchased vehicle 3/26/2024. Car was repoed on 07/23/2024 This business has violated every mandatory statute of the ohio revised code regarding vehicle repossession. They refused to give me my personal belongings without giving up the key. In the law you cannot put stipulations on personal belonging you must allow a time to collect. They are mandatory notices that must be sent to notify the right to redeem,how much it will cost and the time to redeem. This dealership Saud they do not have to follow the law. The rep fee is only up to 25 dollars and the rest is to be put on the back of the loan. They are trying to force me to pay the entire fee. You have 21 days to redeem up until suction. They haven't even disclosed when and where auction will take place, but they said she only has 10 days to redeem. Every thing they have done is in violation of ohio law.

    So I purchased a vehicle Paul’s auto sales November 18, 2022 and I have had issues with the vehicle since I purchased it. The only reason I went through them was because they don’t check credit and only required a small down payment. I’ve reached out to the them numerous times about the problems I had with the car and they never did anything to fix it. Finally they took it in for a week and I told them the car would not start but it’s not the battery something is draining the battery and what they did was put in a new battery anyway never gave me mine back so I lost $250 and charged me for the battery and the labor of what I told them was not the problem. So the car of course was doing the same thing again and started to over heat and wouldn’t start without a jump and I contacted them several times about the problems with the car over the passed year and they never replied to me about it and the car shut off on me and started smoking and now I’m left without the car and they told me if I bring in $850 as a down payment for another car that’s the only way I’ll get another car from them even though the owner Sam told me I could trade the car and and I told her how that’s more than any of their cars are labeled for a down payment and Anissa told me that’s fine I feel that way they don’t want to do business with me anyways and hung up the phone on me and left me without a car. I’ve spent so much money on this car and they’ve told me numerous times I could trade it in but failed to keep their word to me the car has been a after hazard for myself and my children since I got it I’ve fixed all I could on it but it’s not fair when I received it that way. Every car in that lot has issues with it and now I am stuck without a car because the engine blew and they failed to keep their word to me and failed to let me trade the car in. The staff is very rude Anissa and Audrey should not work in customer service this place needs shut down. I’ve got all text messages call logs

    I bought a car from Paul’s it broke down took it back then they told me if I put a good review he would trade me cars and had to put 200 down more so I did had the car maybe a couple months it broke down it wouldn’t drive to Paul’s so I kept calling no one ever did call me back they finally came to repo my car I lost my job over the car and they wouldn’t let me have any of my stuff out of the car counting my kids car seats and my fathers tools that passed away

    No I don’t know how it got the landscaping I am complaining about Paul’s auto in Hamilton Ohio they are selling lemon cars and nothing being done

    I bought a car from them & it broke down. My daughter brought the car back to them before the 90 days & the only thing they said was wrong was it needed a cam shaft. When I went to ***** they told me that they sold me a lemon. My daughter was up there on February 15.

    I purchased a car with down payment with my last money to my name for transportation to get back and forth from work and my children’s school from this place less than 72 hours the car became completely lifeless and unable to used I reached out to the owner about the situation he seemed very careless and assumed these problems were already there over three days with no response to the issues with the car I was told read my paper work it is what it is or go somewhere else I feel robbed I feel humiliated I feel like this is heartless to sale vehicle u know are not functioning properly and avoid any accountability it’s not right something has to be done
