I have had several bad experiences with Seedlings childcare center in Harrison Ohio owned by Chrissy C******. My son attended the *** ***** ****** location prior to it being shutdown due to an inability to retain staff and poor communication with parents.I was personally targeted by Miss C******. Several staff commented that she's not antagonistic towards other parents like she was to me I provided custody paperwork stating someone wasn't allowed to pick up my son before 3pm and when I confrontedChrissy about the frequent early pick ups she stated, "it's only 15 minutes, what's the big deal?" The bigdeal is that my sons grandmother attempted to kidnap my son, then blackmailed me to give up custody, and I havea court order stating that her time with him is strictly limited, which Chrissy openly and blatantly defied. At a court proceeding for a family matter on November 7th, 2024, Miss C****** showed up to testify against me- stating that she disagreed with my decision to keep grandma away from my son after attacking me and threatening me, and antagonized/interfered because she didn't believe that was best for my family. She openly admitted to violating professional boundaries, a court order, and my parental rights on the stand- because she thought she knew better than me, the mother. She allowed my childto be physically assaulted by the same 2 children repeatedly from February untilMay/June. My son had marks on his body from the assaults at least once a week, if not more often, and incident reports from the daycare with an alarming frequency because of these children. Miss C****** assured me they were never in the same room together so he shouldn't have been getting hurt by them at all she failed to provide answers for this. This is personal harassment, intent to cause stress/suffering, and a severe breach of boundaries/ethics. I included the blackmail note from grandma to show the severity of the problem. I can email screenshots from staff.
