After giving Jae all of my vehicle information, Jae quouted me $125/hr door to door to have a vehicle winched out of a low spot in my yard. The process took 15 minutes. The **** was over $300 so I asked to see an itemized **** and explained that I was quouted $125/hr. He then called the dispatcher at yelled at him in front of me. After hanging up he attempted to charge me $200/hr. When I began calling the company he agreed to charge $125/he but then insisted on charging me for 1.5 hours of work. When I explained that he was at my house for 15 minutes and his door to door commute was 20 minutes each way, that would make the charge 1 hour, he then said that people like me were the reason the world wa was bad today. I repeated the fact that he had worked for 15 minutes at my house. He then said that I should be the one paying for the time he spent yelling at his dispatcher.Eventually he agreed to charge me the quouted price but only after I witnessed him dressing down his colleague and he attacked my character for insisting on the quouted price and time worked.
