    i purchased a 2015 ***** silverado 1500 only had it 8 months and the motor blowed up and theyb are trying to fix it with a junk yard motor with ****** miles on it when the same motor they just took out failed at ******* its just dumb

    As discussed with Mr. ****** We reached out to the **************** that Mr. ***** purchased. Just as stated by the warranty company which also spoke with Mr. ***** that they have the option to replace the engine with a used engine with less the miles of the engine of the time of breakdown. This choice was by the discretion of the *****************

    I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the owner **** Huber we are on the same page I tried to pick my truck up twice now and it has nothing to do with the warranty company company and the G.M of Huber  is very disrespectful and uses ************** as his out for everything then sat 2 /22/25  engine light came on started missing horrible bad and I took it straight back and **** Huber the owner said he would handle it

    I went for a drive in Mr. ******* truck and achnowledged there was a miss. I authorized a loaner vehicle and we addressed the problem on the following Monday and authorized a set of spark plugs at no cost to the customer.

    We purchased a vehicle from Huber Automotive in August 2024. We paid $12,000 for the vehicle after taxes and warranty. The sales guy sold us a warranty that does not cover the vehicle. The warranty company only covers cars up to ******* miles. This car had approximately ******* miles on it when we bought it. The warranty was over $3000.00. The only way we know this is because we took the vehicle in because it was leaking oil....the service department sent it into the warranty company and the warranty company stated that it was not covered due to the mileage on the vehicle. The car was listed for $9500. We would have never purchased the warranty had we known that warranty company wouldn't cover anything on the vehicle due to the mileage. We were also told by the sales staff that all of their cars that came in were serviced by them. The service department stated they had never serviced this vehicle. It is a 2016, Cheverlot Equinox.

    traded my 2022Hyundai kona in for a 2021 chevy equinox. Asked the salesman before i drove their car if the "stop-start" feature of the car could be shut off and he said yes it could be. Turns out this was not true on this particular vehicle. Car shuts off engine at every stop light and then restarts. Very annoying to drive . We bought a new equinox back in 2018 and ;had to return it two days later. It costs us over Four thousand dollars to return the car!
