      I purchased (4) items, 3 necklaces and 1 dog tag that were to be personalized on DEC 10th, when I received my items, the engravings were not correct, I took the items back to the store on DEC 26th to have the engravings corrected not knowing the store was going out of business.it is now FEB 6th and do not have my items or the money that I paid for these items

      My son bought me a necklace and bracelet from this company, for Christmas. It was located in the Mall of *** ********* in ********** *** *********. The bracelet broke and the necklace had one of the faux diamonds missing. The store closed at this location. I emailed customer *******@thingsremembered and received an email from a Kellie ******* This is the email...Hello ********, Unfortunately, Things Remembered, as a company, has closed. We are unable to place any orders or issue refunds, including replacement orders. Please dispute the charge with your financial institution..... When I did some research, I found that Things Remembered is now part of the ************* family of brands. I still request a refund for both items.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to  me, if that is indeed what is happening. I could also assume the company is also delaying the process of sending a check until they shut down their last office for good. Then I will have no other recourse. What would be the next step if that is the case?

      I ordered a mom chain for my wife from my daughter on the 16th was told Id received the item by the 22nd. As the days go by I start to get nervous so I contact the store atleast 4 times to be lied to each time saying it's in production and will shipped overnight to make sure you get it by Christmas. Well it's Christmas Eve and still hasnt even shipped. Thanks things remembered you guys have ruined my kids gift to her mom your super awesome, never again.... ????

      Order shipped today for delivery tomorrow.  We have refunded 50% of the order total plus shipping charges.  

      We apologize for this situation.  We are very sorry to have missed Christmas delivery.  

      The severe weather, that impacted most of the country, effected our ability to meet out production commitments.

      I ordered 4 personalized Christmas Stockings in velvet 2 green 2 red. They were just delivered by UPS. Now i never had a problem or issue from UPS with any thing I ordered from any site before. Clothes especially. My ******** fleece jacket was delivered at the same time as this package. Your package was double sealed in plastic. After i opened one stocking it REEKED of cigarettes. Reeked!!!!!!!!!! I opened the others. All REEKED !!!!!!! The inside bag reeked each stocking reeked. I had to seal the bag and put outside. I called your customer service right away to tell them. Right away the agent blamed ups. Would not listen to me and tried to just shut me down. I asked for a Supervisor and after 4 asks she would NOT get on the phone. The agent told me she stated it was UPS and not you “because you are a smoke free environment”. Which is not true. Cause they reek from inside the plastic shipping bag and the sealable bags inside shipping bag. The rudeness of your employees and uncaring is so unacceptable and extremely disrespectful. I have stated earlier i have ups deliver to constantly. You i had shipped this once. How awful for you that you just lost a customer. There are people smoking in your facility. This is NOT a question. Its a fact!! Maybe its at the personalized sewing site. But this was unacceptable to send these out to me smelling and reeking of cigarettes. Disgraceful!! I want a refund and you can send a shipping back to you label to me free of charge. Really a shame because they were beautiful. But your staff is not and neither is your management. I will never order again as stated. Have never ever had this happen before at any site.

      I purchased an engraved plate in person at one of their stores. Afterwards I was put on a mailing list and have been bombarded with continuous advertisements and emails. Regardless of how many times I ‘unsubscribe’, though I’ve never subscribed, they persist. It notes it can take up to 10 days to be removed, yet it’s been 3 months and it’s maddening. There has to be enforcement for not letting people opt out of your advertising!

      ********** I purchased a closing gift for a client on 12/19/2021 for rush priority shipping to be delivered on 12/21/21. The email after placing the order even stated that I could be rest assured my gift would arrive on time, however that has not happened and the lack of professionalism from the customer service representatives has caused additional frustration. I have been promised tracking numbers and showed carelessness when requesting order updates. One Rep told me I would be refunded my shipping costs but that is simply not enough given the emotions behind this gift and the fact I purchased and paid EXTRA because I needed it by a certain date. What an inconvenience! I have spoken a couple of times with Deb B****** who simply stated she would “give this information to a Supervisor” to sort out but no further details about what the follow up process from Clarissa or Llz would be and how this issue will be rectified. Still no tracking number…

      I have never interacted with this company either in person or online. Randomly I ended up on their emailing list over 6 months ago. I have constantly submitted to be taken off their email list to no avail. I have reached out to other agencies to report this issue also to no avail. I never signed up and now cannot get off their list. I understand I can just block them but it is not right for a large corporation to ignore specific rules in place for consumers.

      I ordered a monogrammed item from the store and it was supposed to be free shipping. The next day I am told the box is in Ohio...I am in Arkansas. Then they roped me into paying additional shipping which I didn't have a choice with since the box was already paid for and monogrammed. Today I receive an email indicating they are out of the music box...but it was already monogrammed and sent last week. I just checked the site and the music box says it is in stock. I now have a daughter who will be very disappointed since this company has continually stalled and not sent the box.

      I previously ordered 6 Christmas stockings. I ordered 4 in 2016, 1 in 2018, and 1 in 2021. In 2018, Things Remembered had to re-do the embroidery twice to match the size font of the 2016 stockings. The stocking I ordered last month is incorrect and the company refused to make the font smaller or re-do the other stockings to match. I was also told by email they do not have to post anything in stores regarding this.

      It is unrealistic to expect that items purchased 5 years apart would match identically. 

      Having said that, we have taken extra-ordinary steps within our embroidery department to accommodate this customer's special request.

      We are matching sizes for the stockings she has purchased over the past 6 years.

      Her replacement item will ship today, should arrive no later than 12/14.
