            I was not pleased with them at all. Everything they said they did, I could've done myself, and saved the money they charged me. They asked me when a good time of the month would be good to pay the creditor. I told them the beginning of the month. That didn't happen either. I asked if I could pay weekly, that also was a no go. They didn't get the monthly payment down. If I couldn't pay the original monthly, how am I supposed to make a higher monthly payment? I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

            They are quick and thorough and explain everything in great detail. The savings and cost are a wash. But it keeps you out of any liens or payroll deductions.

            Once I made my initial payment, I never heard from anyone until the day before the paper work was due. I had to call them 3 times before I recieved a response. I feel that I was way over charged because they didn’t do anything but set up a payment arrangement. They didn’t save me any money and didn’t do what was promised. They sent me the payment structure but was not able to pay online for some reason. It took 4 days and several emails and calls before someone would help me. Waist of money, they don’t communicate, time consuming trying to get ahold of them and a big rip off. Money I could have saved instead paid them for nothing. Don’t do business with them, you will waist your money and they won’t respond to you.
