      ORDER #******** Purchased on 6/23/2023 $35.99 On 9/13/2023 I received the same email saying thank you for your purchase. Assuming I was charged $35.99 again. 11/21/2023 sent an update that these items are still not ready. Gave customers 5 days to receive a gift card rather than refund for items which I wanted to be refunded at this point. Shop(shipping app) says that it has been shipped for the last 6 months. Didn’t know it took that long to ship receive. I have pictures of all emails and my shop app showing that this item has “shipped.”

      Hello, 

      I received an email from horror merch the next day after my complaint I sent in to BBB. 

      They were offering me a gift certificate for their site. I still want to be fully refunded for my purchase instead of a gift card. If the gift card is an add on that is fine, but I don’t trust ordering from them. I followed up asking if the GC was in lieu of my refund and they haven’t responded. I just wanted to let you know in case they have neglected your emails as well.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am gracious for your efforts in getting the situation handled. I do not feel comfortable resolving the issue until the refund is processed. The business has given zero timeline for when I should expect a refund and considering it took almost a year for my product to not even be shipped I don’t trust them in doing this soon. They responded saying messaging you will not hurry the process which shows how uninterested they are in actually processing said refund.

      I preordered an item at the beginning of the year and apparently they couldn't get the item which i already paid for when ordered. They sent me a store credit minus a restocking fee for an item they couldn't get. I used my store credit to buy an item that was in stock at the time and said it would ship in 3-4 days. Apparently that item wasn't in stock either. I've emailed their site only to receive automated emails telling me nothing of my order. There is no way to contact them and they do not respond to any questions. At this point I want the item I ordered or a check refund. Once this incident is over I'm done doing business with this company. No communication at all,customers are left in the dark and only want to know what's going on with orders.

      I ordered some merchandise from this store in June of 2023. I received some of the merchandise but the rest was never received as it was on back order. After several months and many emails, I asked for a refund. They advised that it had been too long so they would give me a credit. I received my $85 credit and ordered items that said they were in stock. Now the items have not been shipped and their non existent customer service is no help at all. They only give sarcastic remarks. I believe that this "business" may be a scam.

      I ordered 3 t-shirts on 12/27/23. The shirts were: Halloween, The Lost Boys, The Craft. I received the Halloween t-shirt (for $25.99) and the graphics & text were horribly pixelated. I contacted the company who gave me a canned response, so I wrote an honest review on the shirt on their website. The company then emailed me and said they would not help me unless I removed my review from their site. The never offered to replace the t-shirt or refund me. The other 2 t-shirts (The Lost Boys for $29.99, The Craft for $29.99) have still not shipped. I have asked the company several times when they are going to ship my order and they've ignored me. I spent a total of $95.72 including shipping and taxes, and only received one t-shirt (Halloween) of terrible quality, and am still waiting on the two other t-shirts. It has been 100 days since my order.

      If there is a chargeback filed by the customer, we will send the original delivery method and receipt for the credit card company as it was delivered.

      I am rejecting this response because: I don't want a gift card, as I have no interest in ever shopping on the site again. I do not trust that the business will fulfill any order that I place; I fear I will either receive another faulty product and be told there's nothing that can be done about it, or that they will simply not send my order for months at a time and ignore my inquires until I have to again escalate to the BBB. I just want a refund - not a gift card - but a refund.

      I ordered 3 items on September 13, 2023, one item arrived on December 15, 2023, on December 14, 2023 I received an email saying the other two items would not be available and I was able to request a refund. I requested a refund on December 17, 2023. They replied with the following message… “ Heya, we have received your refund request. Refunds are processed in the order they were purchased and we will have further updates as they are available.” It is March 22, 2024 and I have yet to get my money back. I followed up on 2-21-24 and got this copied reply “ Refunds are processed in the order they were purchased and we will have further updates as they are available.” I next followed up on 3-15-24 and 3-21-24, no reply. They have multiple complaints regarding similar issues. I really want my money back.

      In August of 2023 I placed an order for three shirts with a fourth free one. I was sent the free one with none of the other shirts. In my first contact with their customer service at Horrormerch, it was to inform them of a mistake on their shipping invoice. They claimed in the invoice to have sent me another of the shirts I ordered, but I didn’t get that one. They fixed the invoice and let me know that they’d update me when more of my items shipped. In late November, they emailed me saying the items were taking longer than they anticipated and they offered me a refund or merch voucher (a refund only being available if I emailed them back within 5 business days). I emailed them immediately requesting the refund and have heard nothing back, gotten no refund, and not even the voucher. At this point, I would just very much want the refund I was promised.

      There are THREE items that I ordered that I didn’t receive. The only item I did receive was the so-called free item. If you were going to charge me for the free item when processing the return, please at least be forthcoming about that.       Back in early August,2023 I placed an order with this merchant for $90.97. The purchase was for 3 collectible figures that have been listed as “preorder” with the products originally slated to arrive and ship that fall. Due to never hearing anything I first contacted the merchant inquiring about the order back in December and was advised that 1 out of the 3 would arrive/ship in the January/February months of 2024. Merchant advised there was no time frame on another item and that for the third item I would just receive a refund since the product must have discontinued (I’m assuming). We are now in march and have never receive the item that was set to be delivered in Jan/Feb and never got a refund for the third item. After starting to second guess my business with this merchant I had sent them another email again inquiring for any updates and that if there were no known future on the items then I wanted a refund, the response I received simply did not make sense and appeared to be very generic. After getting the very short and little detailed email response back I felt the need to contact the BBB. I’m simply just looking to be refunded on my entire order at this point. I have no desire to play anymore wait games with this merchant.

      I pre-ordered items in June of 2023 and was notified on 11/21/2023 that items might not be available and I had the option to receive a refund. I opted for the refund, had to follow up due to no confirmation/response and was then notified that the items were on the way and would ship when arrived. I then followed up multiple times and was given no detail and told to "revisit previous responses". Unsatisfied, I sent an email informing Horror Merch to cancel my order and provide a refund in which they responded that my window for a refund closed as I requested that my order stayed open which was not the case and I have all documented on email. Haven't received a response since. According to the complaints listed on bbb.org, this is a continuous issue with Horror Merch. If I don't receive a refund, I will take legal action.

      We had also requested our account to be removed from the BBB system multiple times due to these privacy concerns. The BBB has since denied us the ability to remove our account due to "Freedom Of Speech" as the reasoning for denying removal of our account.
