    Date : 9/27/2022 Shafer heating and air was contacted to diagnose our furnace - no heat. We never got it properly diagnosed. The tech replaced a switch (which wasn't the problem) and charged us 432 dollars for the diagnosis and the pressure switch (which was some aftermarket crap that does not belong to this unit). We still have no heat... After calling Shafer, they tried to sell us a blower which possibly.... could be the problem. I was dealing with possibilities when I called what I thought was professionals. We never got our system fully diagnosed, and we never asked for new parts for something that wasn't broken (who would?). We are in the same boat we were in before calling this company but 432 less out of pocket. It feels like a scam. I really think they scammed us out of our money. We are looking to get our money back less the diagnosis fee, though they did not diagnose anything.

We have tried to call all numbers as well as emailing the client and no response back. We also reached back out to you via social media as well, with no response back the either. We are a 100% customer satisfaction company as you can see at the end of your invoice. We have refunded the full amount back in the credit card the invoice was paid with. We hope this satisfies your request and again we are sorry for the inconvenience as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
