We contracted with Chase Williamson (found on ****) to remove and replace our front porch and steps. We gave him half the payment on 4/22/24. All through May and June he gave us many excuses to why he couldn't get started. After 7 weeks we demanded the job get started. It took them 2 weeks to do about 3 hours of work excavating the steps and porch. Then they did not return, leaving us without a way to get into our bi-level home. Our front yard has a huge pile of gravel in it and a large hole where our steps and porch should be. Chase does not answer his phone and does not text back and when he does it is a lie. Another contractor came out and said Chase hired him to finish the job. We explained we no longer felt comfortable with Williamson's Farms being involved with this project. Chase and his workers proved to be unreliable, unqualified and liars. We no longer trusted them to do a good job. He agreed Chase was not a good business man and said he did not want to get involved. He also implied Chase has other upset customers. We had to hire another company to come in and finish the job.

In October I paid Chase Williamson 3900.00 which was half the cost for his company to construct a retaining wall and remove the old debris from a parking pad in the rear of a rental property I own at *** **** ********* **** ****** **** *****. I also paid Mr. Williamson another 3100.00 for my share of a driveway replacement for a shared driveway located between *** ** ********* and *** ** *********. The property located at *** ** ********* is owned by another person and managed by ******* Realty Company of ****** ****. It has been over 6 months now and besides removing some of the debris from the back area and the section of driveway nothing else has been done. Mr. Williamson refuses to answer all phone calls, text messages and other means by which we have attempted to contact him. I simply want most of the funds at least $5,000.00 returned to me and we will find someone else to complete the work. I feel it is more than fair that he be able to retain a portion of the funds for what work he did accomplish and at the very least return the $3,900.00 for the wall construction which he did not finish. As I stated I have attempted on at least 20 occasions to contact Mr. Williamson and he will not respond. He has however been in contact with ******* Realtors whom I have called recently and they informed me that he has been returning their calls. I am over 65 years old and a retired veteran of the United States Army and had service in the Air Force as well and have contacted your office for assistance in this matter because Mr. Chase Williamson will not communicate with myself or my wife, who is also a veteran. We simply want a refund for at least $3,900 minimum.
