            We registered our 8-year-old daughter for the 2024 Summer League on 3/1/2024 and were charged $111.73. She attended the mandatory evaluation day on 6/2/2024 and was excited to play. She was never placed on a roster. We reached out to ****** ****** for him to say he was on his way to Mexico but to send him a reminder text so he doesn't forget. I have documentation of several emails, text messages and voicemails that were never returned by ****** ****** since then, yet he continued to include us on mass communication emails throughout the season. We have communicated that we'd like a refund as the season is now more than halfway over and she's still not on a roster but have still received no response. We have been kind and patient but, at this point, we have a disappointed daughter and are out $111.73 plus the cost of her basketball shoes and haven't received a service or even so much as a T-Shirt from Hoop Guru Brunswick. The attached documentation doesn't even show my husband's attempts at contacting via texts, emails and voicemails.

            Had nothing but trouble with ***** 365 and their Dr. **** machines. Had issues logging into our account and had to use the house account (which doesn't track players progress). TV screens where never on and WiFi seemed to be a constant problem. The last time we were there we were unable to use the system at all as there were multiple "zones" down and the one were signed up for was being used by another player. The poor kid working had no idea how to make the situation better...we had to leave (not able to use our 30 minutes at all...talk about a waste of time) as our time was almost up and there was still no resolution in sight. This place has a lot of potential, but for us it was utterly disappointing with each visit. I'm most upset with the owner who completely ghosted me when I tried to reach out expressing our discontent and asking for a $50 refund for one month as were were never able to use the membership in the way it was sold to us initially.

            Hoop Guru Basketball Academy is not Swish 365, they are totally separate businesses. So a review of Swish 365 should not be placed on Hoop Guru Basketball Academy. Not sure why it is on our page for review. Please take the appropriate steps to make this happen.

            This location of ***** *** is located within ********* and is owned/ franchised and operated by the same person who runs ********. If there is a different place to evaluate the ************************* located on ********* Road wishing the ********* facility please advise and I will gladly review it there.
