            5/9/22. Driveway tear out and new concrete. Paid $17,500. After 2 1/2 months the driveway is two-tone. It appears as if some parts have not dried, although they have. The owners of the business have been to see it and they know it looks bad, but they have stated that they will not redo the work or make a cash settlement. They state that appearance of a new driveway does not matter.

            Very disappointed with a small concrete patio put in by Simple Solutions . The concrete cracked within a year. Simple Solutions was non-responsive for over five months despite numerous phone calls and messages. When they finally followed up, they gave us a call to let us know someone did look at the job (we apparently were not at the time). Their response was "well, concrete is guaranteed to crack"! We wish we would have known this prior to hiring this company. Other concrete areas on our property have been in place and have no cracks after nearly 30 years or so! We were told to wait to see if it gets worse. As far as we are concerned, it is "worse" now in that it looks like shoddy work being it's only been there such a short time!
