    Ryans Roofing provided siding and roofing for my home after a hail storm and tornado passed by my house. The insurance covered the work. However, I complained about the workmanship on the window frames, and settled for their poor workmanship. After the siding was on for about six or seven months, I noticed that the windows are stained around them. The only window that is not stained, is the one that they use the correct material. My complaint is that they will not return my calls and are not interested in fixing this problem

    The business called to report the "stain" around the windows is not stains it's dirt and can be easily washed off.

    i had ryans roofing put a new roof on feb 2rd they did a nice job except for the back half and the of the house look at pictures , also found out they are not licensed in ************ and didn't pull a permit because of no license , made many calls to his bother ****** about coming out to fix the problems but keep getting the run around and fixing a new roof? then its not a new roof , i want the back half of the roof torn back off and done right to meet ***** corning warranty secs,and fisx the flashing not just a crappy job like they did, and they never contacted ***** corning for warranty , also they are not a ***** coring preferred contractor like they said , dont know if they pay worksmen comp either or other required state and federal things , i just want a new roof not repaired one like i paid for

    We went to the consumer's house on Monday and took care of the roof.  The consumer accepted the work and the issue is resolved.
