    Rob Phibbs roofing took a $**** deposit from me 6 months ago for a garage roof repair & new metal roof A contract was signed with payment & no work was performed at all in those 6 months He is way past the work deadline in our contract He will not return any of my phone calls or text messages The township zoning has sent many letters & have stopped at my residence to inform me of the zoning violation on the building I want my money back No work was ever done or started

    Rob Phibbs was contracted on April fifth of 2022 to perform a roof replacement in May at **** **** *** Youngstown, Ohio. He was given a fifty percent of the total cost of the repair as down payment which was *,*** dollars. He never contacted this writer any time during May about the starting the repairs. He was contacted by this writer and he(Rob Phibbs) notified this writer that the repairs would start in June. Rob Phibbs again failed to contact this writer in June about starting the project and indeed did not start the project. This writer has since emailed and called Rob Phibbs to request a refund of the down payment for breach of contract and Rob Phibbs has not replied.
