      They do not stop calling! They call multiple times a day from a different number each time so I can't block them. It makes me doubt if the company is reputable because they are bombarding me with spam calls. Seriously, a couple phone calls is fine but but I have gotten roughly 36 phone calls in two weeks. Unwanted!

      This company continously calls me multiple time from early morning till.late in the day matter how many times I tell them to stop. It is harassment plain and simple I told not to call Friday Monday morning I am woken up by a call from them at 7 am.

      My gutters were installed. After it rained I noticed that the water was leaking between the gutter and house. It would drip on the ground. Also, I was told the water would not go over the gutter in the corner. The installer said they do not do that. They would install a metal piece to help spread out the water to prevent that. I have called them several times. I have even had an appointment scheduled but they were a no show. They called confused that they did not know why they were coming out. I have since had the shingles repaired due to them all being broken. That was why it was leaking all along the one area. The workers also left a mess, and dropped all the old gutters on the ground in my bushes.

      I am getting calls from Leaf Filter daily from different phone numbers. I have blocked the phone numbers, but Leaf Filter uses different phone numbers to call me. Please stop calling me. Add me to your Do Not Call list please.

      I spent almost 6K on new gutters and they damaged my house - pulled out all of these electric wires to the lights on the side of my house and left them hanging and exposed. I contacted them immediately to report this damage. The sales guy promised me they are "contractors" and if anything happened they would take care of it. Now they are claiming they can't touch wires and I would need an electrician. they told me to get a quote, which I paid $85 for from an electrician and they explained new wires would need to be run and told me it would cost almost 2k for the repairs. I presented this quote to leaf filter. Once I reported this to leaf filter, I was then connected to multiple people who bounced me around for weeks. then the head of Houston "Will" promised me this **** be addressed. they sent out an electrician who was not experienced enough and said he couldn't do the work and told leaf filter that it would be very expensive and they didn't want to pay for it. I since contacted **** multiple times a week and he just puts me off. I'm extremely angry that I spent so much money and now my expensive lighting system is damaged and unesthetic. I feel that I was taken for a ride and this company is extremely dishonest. I'm planning to go to small claims court if there is no resolution since I have been wronged and there is extensive damage. I've spent a lot of time following up on this and no one is helping me. I feel like it is wrong to damage someone's house and then not provide the repairs esp when promised. At this point, I want my money back so that I can pay for this private electric company to fix the damage and my house to look the way it did prior to this damage. I've gone out of my way to give the company time to right this wrong and been beyond patient. it is wrong to treat people this way.

      I have been getting nonstop calls from LeafFilter for weeks, 7 days a week, at least 3 calls per day. I never contacted them, I do not want their services. I did send them a request to remove me from their contacts on the "Contact Us" on their website. I've also reported the numbers calling me to the Do Not Call registry, this is borderline harassment.

      February 12, 2024 gutter filters were installed by Leaffilter at a cost of $7,565.00.I have tried to communicate with Leaffilter to insure that I get the complete service that was paid for. I have accumulated a large conversation file with customer service while trying to communicate but find it is currently very dificult. I am in the process of replacing my roof but Leaffilter has to remove and replace the filters once the proccess is complete, I was given an appointment on 7/15/2024 from 4 pm to 8pm but one came or call about this appointment. I was given an appointment on 7/22/2024 from 4 to 8pm but no one called or came . I was given an appointment for 7/29/2024 from 4 to 8pm and don't expect any different result. Everything has been approved thru insurance but the process is delayed by the actions of Leaffilter.My concern now is since it has been so difficult to get the filters removed will Leafilter replace the filters once the roof is replaced. I have been to the local office twice as well as talked to someone who said he was in the corporate office. The common comment from talking to Leaffilter customer service is "we will escalate this to upper managememt, or we will get the regional managers involved and someone will call you." We will see what happens on the appointment for 4 to 8 pm on 7/29/2024.

      I had a salesman come to my house and when I asked about the fact that i have a lot of pine needles and leaves and if this would just pile up. He stated that they would just dry up.and "fly off". I currently have to clean them off once a week. When it rains even after cleaning them off, the water pours out over the edge of the gutter and ruins my mulch beds and there is a lake up against the front of my house. It appears that the gutters are too small based on the pitch of the roof and it hangs over the gutter too far. There were so many screws left by the installation company i ended up with a hole in my tire. Also, after installation water was coming out from behind the gutters. Two technicians came out to inspect. One told me that I needed to go to ********** and install a drip edge under my shingles. The 2nd technician told me my roof needed to be replaced. Had two roofers come and my roof will not need to be replaced for 5 years. Then the install manager came and found that there were several places where there was no sealant behind the gutters. Then there was a leak in the down spout which someone came out to fix and told me that I should never have been sold the leaf filters as there are too many pine trees here. The manager came to a my home a few weeks ago, poured a little water on my roof and took a video. He also mentioned that it looked like the gutters were too small. I was just sent an email that there will be no refunds a the warranty does not cover debris collecting on the filters. This is clearly not the problem and water is not even going into the gutters when it rains. Again even after I clean them. Also when I would call no one would call me back. I had an appt with the Manger he did not call or show up. I called and he rescheduled.my appointment without telling me. This happened 3 times I have been dealing with this for over a year and spent a lot of my money. I want the gutters removed and my money refunded.

      On 7/8/2024 our Installation Manager went out to the consumer's home to do an inspection. It was found that the LeafFilter system is installed as contracted and working as intended. Our Installation Manager did offer two free cleanings per year in good faith, however the consumer declined the offer. A refund and removal is unwarranted.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      The water pours over the gutters and forms a lake up against the house when the gutters are clean.    Several other gutter companies have told me and the leaf filter install manager all told me that the gutters are too small for the pitch of the roof.  I was also told that the leaf filter should not have been sold to me due to the amount and type of  trees here by other gutter companies and the leaf filter training manager who came to my house while he was in town. Also the back of the house is still leaking behind the gutter up againsed the fascia board. I have videos and pictures of the leaking and the water pouring on the ground but cannot attach to this.  I also never was compensated for the hole in.my tire from all the screws in my yard after install. I have never complained about a company for any reason.  I am glad this is on the better business bureau so other people can see Leaf Filters business practices and make an informed decision before choosing this company.

      March 4 2024 Gutters/Filters were purchased. John Lequin Salesperson Installed March 6 in the rain without proper cleaning after themselves. Have photos. Made service call March 8 no one came except salesperson. Installers damaged outdoor lighting. Repairs from lighting company $60 and was told LeafFlilter would reimburse but they never did. Monday June 3 LeafFilters clogged with Oak Tree pistillates. Calls to LeafFilter Service was made daily and they assured someone would come to clean/unclog the next day. No one contacted me or came to do anything. July a person named Kevin called and left a vMail. I made many attempts to call back and text without any response until July 12 when Kevin called to say service crew was on their way to my residence. No one showed and I never heard from Kevin again. I contacted LeafFilter Customer Service to say I want to invoke my Warranty rights and be refunded. The customer service rep stated I would be called by end-of-day on the next day. No contact was ever made with me.
