I sign a contract with Your Business Marketer for $4000 a month for 6 months, in return I will get leads for my business, I get promise geofencing so I get local customers and qualify real prospects. All the leads I get were bad non a single one was real , they get the leads out of purchase list that are no interested , never click on any of the advertisements they suppose to have in my behalf. 100 % of them were useless because they were no interested at all , we can’t even by mistake can make a sell with them. Also a good quantity of them were out of the country and out of the state of ********, where we operate. What was really ashamed is the some of the leads we get was old people living in nursing assisted living homes , they are expecting a call from a son a daughter a grandson or granddaughter and instead they get a call from me trying to sell them something . That is really low, to get this old people telephone number to complete a quota of leads they suppose to give me. Is hard get lower than that. I did fill a complaint with the ******** Attorney General, and I am adding it in the supporting documents. There are good marketers and small business like mine depend on them to survive no to take our money for nothing. I hope people looking to hire a marketing company don’t choose them, so they don’t has to go through the same as me. Canceling business checking account, putting stop payments, nothing work, they get around all that because they have a contract sign.

When we signed the contract back in September of last year, **** from ***** **** of ******** had stated he did not run digital marketing in the past. He also barely had a working website. We went above and beyond to build him a new one, work with him on setting up properly and also advised him to setup a CRM as leads take time and consistent follow. He signed up for a CRM but never set it up. We asked him to setup a calendar and we would help him get more appointments through automated follow up. He never did this. We offered to pause the campaigns in the slower winter months (even though we were generating consistent leads) to Spring when people were more apt to sign up for solar. He said yes at first then changed his mind to just run over the winter These are the same leads through Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube that millions of companies trust to grow their businesses everyday. The phone numbers and email addresses are even verified prior to being sent to the client. And all leads are time stamped and sent immediately to the client. But he claims they are fraudulent? That is not even possible. **** ignorance to current marketing trends and technology does not give the right to try to ruin my agencies reputation. You have already been refunded $4,000, disputed another $8,000 in charges and continues to defame our name. My team worked over and over to help him but he would never do any work on his end, but yet feels he is not accountable for his business??

I am rejecting this response because:

It is the most common defense of a bad company to said that the customer is an ignorant. To be honest I don't expect anything less from Your Business Marketer. I do been running Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and others campaigns. I also work with several companies like yours, ********, ***** *********, *** ******, and many more. I also have more than one CRM, Go High Level, Agile, and I set up one just for you.

I understand that you believe I am an ignorant but even if I am , I deserve respect, but you don't know what that is. I do know that when you has to give me leads from people living in nursing home assisted living. My big surprise was when some of the customers you give me and I call, they tell me "I am an 85 years old person living in an assisted living home, I don't have a house". That really shock me and make me realize how low you can fall and also make me realize that, you don't have any respect for the leads or who they are.

So your answer doesn't surprise me at all.

**** *************, President, **** *******, Director of Sales and ***** *******,Director of Marketing (you can see theori corporate profiles at *****************************************/) all work under different companies and to my detriment, I only found this out way too late AND after I've been "taken" for $5,000, it could have been worst had I not put a stop to it. Here is the scam, they pass themselves off as a lead generation company for Solar, they promise to generate my company 50 appointments in 60 days or I get my money back. Their fee is USD$5,000 and of course, since their guarantee is for 60 days, you're into them for USD$10,000 before you can make any claims that their service is garbage. So, when I contacted ***** the President regarding the refund of my money, GUESS WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Total amnesia. "I never said appointments, I sad leads" , "It's only been 30 days we have to give it a try", all of it geared to keep you hooked, continue to make payments until you finally desits and walk away thus keeping the funds which they never intended to return in the first place. They're simply not people of their word, they are a fraud, they never intended to live up to their agreement. In the first 30 DAYS i got NOTHING, NOT EVEN ONE APPOINTMENT. they scheduled one on my calendar but it was a NO SHOW which according to ****, it would not count. BUT ONE THING THEY ARE EXPERTS AT, EXCUSES. I called Both ***** and **** and told them that this was a complete fiasco, that I had not received ANY appointments they asked for patience, they asked for another two weeks before asking for my money back, I did and nothing changed. Today I requested the funds to be returned and off course they said NO, citing that I stopped before the 60th day, but they did send me an invoice for an additional USD$5,000 these people ought to be put out of business.

I am really unsure why this review is even happening. All of Your Business Marketer’s sales materials and contract are very clear of what we offer. The offer is for solar companies to receive 50 guaranteed leads in 60 days. (contract attached)

When we signed on ******* ****** of Hut Rally Solar we were very clear of what we were offering.

Within the first 30 days we had already produced 24 leads and 3 appointments set for him to be on pace for what we guaranteed him.

He began stating all of the sudden at 30 days in that we guaranteed bookings, not leads. Our contract is very clear that we do not offer that as shown. We make contracts simple and straightforward for this reason to alleviate situations like this.

Hut Rally Solar second month payment was due on 3/20/23 and ran his payment. On 3/24 we have a conversation and is asking for a refund. We explain to him that it is a 6 month contract (once again) and that marketing picks up over time. It does not happen with a few weeks. He was demanding a refund and began threatening me.

I ended the conversation and little did I know that his second payment from Monday had bounced. So, we have been paying for ads and sending him leads all week when he hasn’t even
    paid us.

After that, he is now demanding we also return the first months payment. It makes no sense. We lose money the first 60 days of campaigns with the amount of time and ad spend we utilize to ensure our clients success. Marketing is not short term and we want long term clients.

We bent over backwards to help *******. My Client Success Manager April was on the phone with him daily to help him set up everything as well as his calendar so we could ensure he had a successful campaign. This review has really upset my entire team who did everything to help.

He stated that permits take 90 days to get in Miami and we should have him closed contracts already. And that he had no money. If that was the case then why would ******* at Hut Rally sign a 6 month contract? I am now out thousands of dollars and he turns around and writes bad reviews. We did everything to be clear what to expect and he has blamed us for his company situation.

My agency has been in business 7 years and we are very straightforward with clients. The last thing we want is a situation like this. I do not know where they got the idea we were sending them booked appointments but the contract is very clear.
