              In Early July, I talked to a sales person in the store in Hudson regarding stone for landscaping. They stated that they had washed stone specifically for landscaping use. I purchased 12 yards (15 tons), $1,000+ costs, and was not home when it was delivered on July 8, 2021. Upon inspection of the stone, it was extremely dirty, with lots of debris (concrete, blacktop, dirt). I called and spoke with the store manager, and she stated that there was nothing they could do. She state that I could return the material, or pay the $300 to come back and get the material. How does an individual return 15 tons of material? Should I pay them to return their BAD material? As of today, 2 weeks later, There has been no resolve, and I have 15 tons of useless material on my drive. As a result of my experience, I will never use Sagamore again, and I would recommend against using them as well. I would rate them at zero starts, but the system does not provide that option.

              This company damaged my windshield and refuses to pay for what they are responsible for, they dont even have a corporate number, on top of that they wont provide me with their insurance company. Absolutely irresponsible for their actions

              Please be advised that our insurance company does not pay for road hazards such as rocks kicked up from the road.If you are alleging damage, we suggest you make a police report and turn in to your own insurance company. Have them subrogate and the insurance companies can investigate liability.
