    Date of Transaction: 06/19/2022 Published online menu cost of the two items (Quesadilla Fajita and Grilled Tilapia): $23.24 without tax. Actual amount charged by Costa Azul Mexican Restaurant for the two items: $28.34 The difference between the amounts: $5.10 not including expense for gas and time required to return to the restaurant for a refund. The amount charged by the business at the restaurant for the items ordered over the phone was more than the description of the amount of the items on the business online menu and website. I was fraudulently overcharged and the business refused to transact a refund or correct the amount to reflect the prices of the online menu and insisted the restaurant menu was the correct amount and the online menu had not been updated for 5 years which is fraudulent misrepresentation. The employees that work there lied to me over the phone that only the owner could conduct or permit a refund and we were refused the contact information to get ahold of the owner. However, once we arrived at the restaurant to request the refund in person and return the food and after calling again after being disconnected from the phone call by restaurant, they allowed us to speak the owner, and the refund was transacted without the assistance or permission of the owner by one of the employees, so they had lied twice until we made a scene at their restaurant. I believe the restaurant has committed fraud numerous times by misrepresenting their prices online and proportions of food as described online to multiple customers other than ourselves. *************************************************
