      We changed suppliers from Airgas due to them padding the bill with new fees and the overall price. When we changed suppliers we were warned by everyone we got quotes from that Airgas would try to screw us over on the cylinder returns. I returned every single Airgas cylinder we had in our building. When they picked them up the driver actually told me he had no record of a couple of the cylinders I was returning but they said property of Airgas on them so I returned them. They since have continued billing us for cylinders we do not have. They have refused to take them off of the account without coming out. I have scheduled them to come out repeatedly and they do not show up and keep billing us. They have since quit returning my calls or emails but keep sending bills. This is fraud. The cylinders they are trying to bill us for do not exist.

      I have had a problem with this company for around 6 months. My mother is bed ridden with Ms and had a stroke. She receives 4 liquid oxygen tanks from this company. They continue to be defective. She is on 8 liters of continues oxygen. We normally have them on 4liters and 4 liters so that the tanks would go down evenly. Well as I started checking the pressure, say I put a tank on 6 liters only 3 or 4 come out. This is a life and death situation. I have spoken with the manager and assistant manager, as well as put notes on the tanks and what is wrong with them. Certainly not a priority. I started taking videos. I have contacted the ohio department of heath as well as the lorain county department of health. Going to call the news and an attorney. This is crazy. They are extremely neglectful regarding the urgency of this matter.

      Once they were made aware of the issue, our ********* facility sent a truck to Pittsburgh to pick up replacement units which were immediately delivered. The customer seemed pleased with the new units. We feel this issue has been resolved.

      They are not being completely honest. This has been going on since summer. I have made numerous amounts of phone calls, send at least 10 notes on the tanks that were not working. They still disregarded my concern and still send broken, and almost empty tanks out. With regards to there answer. They did go and get some new tanks in Pennsylvania and delivered them the next day. They responded with that as soon as they found out the problem they went and gotten them. That is a complete lie. After finding out that I contacted the state and you guys is when they finally did something. The driver said that the company was not filling them properly. He said he would write a letter or talk to you to support my claim. They were extremely neglect and had no regard for my mothers health. This is unacceptable and they need to accept responsibility for what truly happened. Not what they want you to know.
