    I went to this business 5/10/2023 and received a finger tattoo. I was instructed to leave the film she put on my hand on there for 24 hours and keep it hydrated. I followed the instructions but not even 7 days later the tattoo was completely off. I didn't wash the top of my hands or use anything to make it come off. It was spotty the day after even receiving it. I told the business owner and she didn't respond for a few days and then she told me she could "touch it up." I got it touched up 5/18/2023 and it's just as bad. It left the film on 48 hours and added aquaphor since 9 am. It's spotty, uneven and looks like a prison tattoo. She has stated she has a no refund policy but i am not going to keep going back every 2 weeks to get my tattoo updated. She also states it's placement but i know plenty of people with hand tattoos that have stayed forever. If it comes off the next day she is doing something wrong and i'd like a refund. I asked for a refund and she stated she has a no refund policy BUT i never signed anything and it's not stated online. All of the pictures below were within 2 weeks. It's been 2 weeks since i got them done and they're completely coming off even with a touch up in 7 days
