    They refused to give me a paper receipt because only digital receipts are issued here. Huh? This the only retail establishment I've ever come across that operates like this. Ridiculous.

    Poor customer service, rude employee . Pay ***** and some change every month for a membership for the best car wash the offer ,but sadly they are charging for services they are not providing. Very inconsistent , I pay for a prewash and bug spray before entering the automatic wash. This is supposed to be included in my plan but the past few times they have not done the prewash of my bumpers and windows . In the past few months they keep getting lazier and ****** ,sometimes they prewas sometimes only the driver side gets a prewash and now it seems no prewash yet I pay for it. I contacted corporate customer care because the employee Older guy was extreamly rude and unprofessional when I came back through because my car was not clean and still had bug debris on my front bumper . He told me to cancle my membership and I said I will. When I went to the office to cancle he locked the doors and would not assist me. I do not recommend this car wash and I want to say I have had no issues until lately. I have had a membership since they opened .
