They have you between a rock and a hard place they dont take appointments so they can charge everyone for critical visits and they know youre scared for your pet! so you better come with a pocket full of money! I had a 7 pound Chihuahua and spent $700 and left not knowing what was wrong with my dog. They gave her meds Then they told me she needed bloodwork that showed nothing and did x-rays that showed nothing theyre charging like theyre an animal hospital and I couldve taken her to an actual animal hospital and gotten an answer, was in the office A half an hour at the most so its in and out as many people as they can get to get more money, they broke. My pet carrier and told me they would get back to me three different times Ive called. And no one gets back to me. They know that people are afraid when they bring their dogs to that place because theyre walking place and thats all they can get into and they take full advantage of that. It is not a pet hospital and they shouldnt be charging like it is a pet hospital and then to be rude enough to not call me back after they broke my pet carrier that has been used three or four times because I usually walk my dog in but she was that sick! I think its a scam, the representing them self as a vet and the running it like in charging you like an animal Hospital. My vet didnt know this ,and when I told them they quit referring to them they only told me to go there because thats all that They could do at that point to get her in and thought it would be cheaper than going to the animal hospital. Well the animal hospital probably wouldve been cheaper. I just feel for the people just like I did they had to pay the money that they didnt have because they were afraid ! And again I said I left with no answer and so rudely was not called back after three times when they broke my pet carrier and zip tied it I just feel like its about the money not about the animals and thats pretty sad in that business!
