  I recently had my roof replaced by Allegiant Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was professional, completing the job efficiently and they cleaned up as they were never here. The new roof looks fantastic and our rep Jacob pointed out things we hadn’t thought of. Would recommend them to family and friends. A+

  I called Allegiant to come out to inspect my roof from recent storm damage. During the inspection, he found a few loose shingles and offered to seal them and stated that I had 5-7 years left on the life of my roof. The integrity they showed goes a long way considering the previous company tried to get me to file a claim with my insurance when it wasn’t needed. Jacob was great, and I’ll call them to be proactive in replacing my roof when the time comes.

  I recently had Jacob from Allegiant Roofing come out to inspect my roof for free, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The inspector was knowledgeable and thorough in their examination of my roof, identifying potential issues that I hadn't even noticed. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain their findings in detail, which gave me a good sense of the overall health of my roof. In addition to their expertise, I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy that the Allegiant Roofing team displayed. They arrived promptly for the inspection and were respectful of my property throughout the process. I also appreciated that they were transparent about any potential costs or repairs that might be needed, which helped me plan for any necessary maintenance.   Jacob was awesome. He came out the next day to inspect my roof and prepare an estimate for me. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what I needed and how to deal with the insurance company. He got the estimate back quickly and answered any questions that I had. I ended up going with a metal roof from a different company because of the cost to install a metal roof and a metal roof is needed in my location because of the high winds. Also, because of what the insurance was willing to pay as I only had wind damage on the back of my roof.

  Jacob was great to deal with. He came out and inspected my roof for storm damage, assisted in filing an insurance claim. He made the process easy along the way. Allegiant installed a beautiful metal roof and cleaned up perfectly after the job was complete. Highly recommend.

  Great experience with Allegiant Roofing. Jacob did a great job through the hole process from Inspection to the final cleanup. Jacob explains and documents everything. He take before and after pictures of everything and makes them available for you to see as they are happening. His crew are hard workers and do a great job. I would highly recommend Allegiant roofing if you are needing a roof replacement.

  I could never say enough good about Jacob and the roofing crew at Allegiant Roofing after reroofing my shingled house last week. Besides being so likable and gracious he and his crew had a great working knowledge of the trade including excellent carpentry skills! I felt extremely confident to put my trust in him and his crew and I was in no way disappointed. He did a most excellent job in every way.

  I contacted Allegiant Roofing to inspect my roof for an estimate. On Aug 9 The Project Manager inspected the roof. I informed him that I had received a check that would partially cover the cost from insurance for wind damage. He indicated he felt that he could work with the insurance to perhaps reimburse me for the entire roof. I gave him a copy of the insurance adjuster's estimate and he indicated he would go over it to better understand the insurance coverage. I followed up with a call to him one week later. I received no call back. I followed up again several days later and left another voice message to inquire about the status. I never received a call back. On Aug 22 I called the company and spoke with someone there. He stated that he would have the Project Manager call me later today. I received no call. The following morning I received an email from the PM that asked if I had any questions about the estimate he sent. There was no estimate attached to the email. I replied in an email that I never received any estimate and asked when and how it was sent. To date I never received any reply nor have I ever received any estimate to date. I cannot understand how any business can treat a customer with such disregard. I would strongly recommend against contacting this company for your consideration for a roofing job.

  These guys did an excellent job! They took 2.5 days to complete and they cleaned up after they finished! Josh Valentine made sure that everything was the way we wanted it and worked with our insurance company so we didn’t have to. My roof looks amazing! Thank you Allegiant Roofing.
