    My name is **** ***** my husband ******* **** and I was camping at KOA HOLIDAY in Lake Milton Ohio, the owners ******** *** *** **** ******* , said we can camp there and be on month to month we had been there 3 MThs May, June and July paying 900 a MTh, we paid the 13th to the 13th, they charged my bank card without permission for July for a extra 100, when i called office to ask why they never gave me an answer, other campers are complaining as well about them charging a lot or over charging like they did us they came up to the site where i was and told my husband they need our lot and we have to be out by the 13th of August after I asked why they charged my bank card they retaliated for me asking why my card was charged they said they would give us a refund we now needed to be out by Sunday at 1100am which was August 6th so we packed up Sunday at 9 the office opens at 930 I called down to office at 10am asking the owner to come get the camper out to the road, so we could hook up and go he said they had a lot of check outs right now and he would be up I called back at 1030 and the worker told me the same thing again, then noon here he comes with the police came and I told them they owed us a 300 refund like they Fernando and Damaris said since it was past 11 they where not refunding my money they werent on time not me i was ready,
