    Do NOT go here for service! I had my boat towed here when my upper drive unit failed because the prior owners took good care of me in the past. That was the first of June. It took them until July 12th to even offer a diagnosis and a COMPLETELY LUDICROUS estimate of 1/3 of the boat's value. They claimed they had to replace the lower drive unit too, even though I told them it was under warranty. When I said there was no way I would pay that amount, and would arrange for the boat to be picked up, they passed it over to an affiliate shop, that immediately back-pedaled on the estimate and said they could get the warrantied part a d replace the upper unit for less than a third of what I had been quoted. I reluctantly agreed. It took another 6 weeks, thereby wasting the entire season. But the job finally got done. Then, when I went to pick the boat up, the original shop presented me with a bill for hoist and diagnosis. I begrudgingly paid it, considering how they had tried to rip me off initially. When I tried to drive the boat back to my own Maina, the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. They had left the boat sit in their yard for three months without charging the batteries or disconnecting them. But they refused to replace them, thus costing me another $400+ to get them replaced before the impending rain storms hit, making power to my bilge pumps immediately essential. Then later they had the gall to present me with yet another invoice, supposedly for additional charges for the diagnosis. This is a highly unprofessional and dishonest organization. I would never go near them again with a nickel. I normally do not give bad reviews, but this is probably the most richly deserved negative review I've ever written.
