    We ordered kitchen cabinets from Complete Wholesale Direct around 1 year ago. We paid Ed and Chris, in full the amount of $7537.40 for fully assembled cabinets with several upgraded accessories. Several months later and well after the initial arrival estimate of 8 weeks. We received a little less that half of the order. They were delivered flat packed in a U-haul truck by one of their workers that could not unload it. My wife and I unloaded the truck ourselves. We called Ed to inquire about the remainder of the order as well as assembly which was included in the paid amount. We were assured that they would send a team to assemble the following week as well as deliver the rest of the cabinets. Neither happened, it was several more months later that we received the rest of the cabinets. We had to pay over $400.00 additionally to our installer to assemble the cabinets. We have not received any of the upgraded accessories which included, 3 pull out trays for a pantry, in-cabinet garbage cans, a spice rack and sheet tray rack. We have well over 100 text messages and phone calls to both Ed and Chris with excuse after excuse for the delays. Family emergencies, employee issues, Covid at the factory are a few that they have used. We were recommended to use Chris and Ed by another contractor we have used several times who is a family friend of Ed's. We truly believe the only reason we received any of our orders is because we asked that contractor to intervened on our behalf. We are hoping to receive all of the accessories we ordered or a refund for them. This has been by far the worst experience we ever had with any company.

    Refund check of 400.00 will be mailed. Unfortunately company went out of business. We made sure to provide free upgrades due to delays. Check will be mailed within 30 days.

    We ordered cabinets from CWD in May 2022. Were told in would take 6-8 weeks to receive. That deadline came and went. It is now December 2022 and there are no cabinets. We found an article on line publsihed by WEWS detailing that CWD is a fraudulent company. This is what they do: take your order, get your money and then never deliver on contractual promises. We had to call the police because there is a warrant out for one of the owners of the company. Refused to refund our money without a "30% restocking fee" but won't tell us who the "supplier" is for us to verify. It's all a giant con.

    Chris **** took my money never delivered cabinets and has yet to refund my 5,989.80 .
