    Date of Transaction is : February 7, 2024 at 9:59 p.m. Amount of money: $87 USD / ****** CAD Product: 2 "black balloon" T-Shirts supposed to be made and shipped from *** to ******. Issue: Ordered February 7, waited until July 4 when it said processing as status to it being filled but admits paid, no answer from ****, ask again July 22 to which she responds that she didn't see my message was in spam... but does NOT answer about my order, July 30 I asked if she looked and seen what is going on with my order no response, ask again August 27th where she said she had to remake it and getting ready to send it as alot of international orders they had to remake, so I asked her to let me know when shipped. No answer. October 9 I asked for her to let me know when remade and shipped as still only saying processing online. She asked for order number i gave it to her she said it's made but didn't answer about if shipped when I asked again. I asked again on October 18 and October 19 to which she seen my message but didn't reply. I noticed she seen it and didn't reply and asked yet again November 1, no reply again, asked again November 12 and sent updated picture saying it's still processing and she didn't reply again! Then November 22 I commented on her ******** group asking her to get a hold of me about my order to which she removed me from the group and blocked me from it (Angels of the Drug Epidemic) , so I messaged again November 23, no response which i did send a rude message at how me and my mom (who is terminal with cancer) are out money because this lady scammed us clearly (10 months of waiting for shirts we bought) and used our grief to scam us. Frankly it is very sickening and wrong for a business and a lady to do that to someone ... use someone's grief to scam people especially a woman who is facing death herself after losing her son. Mother's name is ****** ********. ($74 USD + $13 USD for shipping)
